My experience when I stayed at Belmont was very good looking view as well as good behaviour staf The atmosphere was very calm, good We were very happy when they prepared a good fire camp in the cold of the night

Me and wife were stayed one day there , we are faced very much bad experience. we started facing bad from checking . they opened room after the long waiting evening 5'clock we were almost reached there 3'0 clock . we were booked room with sharing lobby. after check in they are assigned lobby to another party .we completely lost our privacy. sound pollution we couldn't sleep well , another disaster is that room electricity not working when we told to their they appointed two electricians at 9pm see we couples stays room enters 2 men electricians i returned electricians i told i need safety first. next morning i escaped from there . they already brought full amount during check in .

The best thing here was view from the room.. Service was good . Rooms are very small.. No breakfast or food available here, You have to get down to the town for snacks or food, Swiggy/Zomato available but it takes almost an hour for the delivery. Notes- If you are coming here following google maps. Dont take the short cuts, its very narrow and muddy road-follow coonor highway. Last 1 km is deep climb.. Parking available infront of the property and all vehicles can be reached.

The best place i have ever stayed The rooms were clean, very comfortable, with breathtaking view and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Just 3 km from from main ooty market I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.
