AJ Heritage Resort Ooty by VOYE HOMES

We booked our stay here through a travel agent. Only problem we faced initially was with a confusion in the type of room, as the middlemen had made some mistakes, later the Hotel staff sorted everything well as per our comfort and convenience. This property is in such a good location and well maintained very near to town and all site seeing places. We stayed here for 3 days and had a great experience as the staff was very kind and welcoming. No doubt its a good place with good view good service and especially good food. Food here was top notch, tasty, quality, quantity, hygiene and reasonable prices. I specially visited their kitchen and saw how cleanly it is and how well the food is prepared for the guests. The staff is always ready and happy to help us and they are so kind and well mannered. Thank you AJ Heritage and the Staff for making our stay worth remembering.

Being into hospitality industry and having such a ruthless lady manager. Who was only concerned about taking the money at the time of check in and check out, they owner never wanted to listen completely ignored their guest was even more worsening. The rooms were kind of ok but one will not get any room service over here. No power back up once the power is down guests needs to adjust in the darkness. The bath rooms were less hygiene no proper flush.

Extremely worst stay. Unhygienic rooms and environment. Worst service. Not recommended for everyone They will get money for all services but nothing worth it. I gave money who asked for emergency and repay in 1 day but completely not attending calls .

Hi Everyone, I visited so many different places in India and this property is one of my best stay. The way they received and treated it’s really amazing. Staff is too friendly and nice service they provide. Food it’s too good and quality and quantity is too good. I’m recommending this property for family, friends and gangs they have all types of rooms available.

Extremely unhygienic! The tables from the last night were like this with left over food etc. when we went there to have breakfast the very next day. No one even cares to clean it. When we asked they say, "there are less staff" You'll get to hear this a lot of times if you decide to stay here, so be prepared! After taking money from guests if you are not able to provide minimum hygiene, I don't know what kind of service you are offering in the service industry. If they don't have staff that's their problem not ours. What have they taken money for??? And on top of that, we have even been served with dirty uncleaned plates with sambar and chutney stuck on it all over. Besides, there was a water shortage every now and then! I've attached some photos as a proof herewith.

Good place to stay with family. Excellent hospitality by the staff. Food was prepared as per our preference, even kids loved the food.
