Bellflower Resort

Nightmare experience for me and my family.We waited for 2 and half hours to check in to room.We booked this resort through OYO rooms and the hotel had some issues with the rate pricing in OYO.This has nothing to do with a customer.We booked it and paid the amount which was shown in the site and got a mail confirmation from OYO and verbal confirmation from from hotel over phone.We had to pay 3000rs extra to check in and it took 2.5 hours for whole process.The owner after collecting money threatened us as well.He shouted and told this people to throw away the bags of us. Now coming to facilities,my room had issue with electricity as there where loose connection all time.If you ON the switch of heater,the whole electricity of the room will go.Highly not recommended...

This is located amidst a beautiful coffee plantation, a very good ambience, helping and pleased staff. Good breakfast and lovely atmosphere. The only drawback I found was they can make a lil more spacious place for parking. Otherwise a good place to stay in the dreamland ooty

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL TEERIBLE ,THREATENING PEOPLE , ONLY MOBEY MINDED. MYSELF WITH TWO KIDS ANDBOTHER TWO FAMILIES UNDERGONE NIGHTMARE IN THIS HOTEL. 1. They will ask more money if you done the booking through Oyo or any other online portals.They threatened and taken 3000 rs extra while check in. We had to wait for 3 hours to get the rooms. 2. Owner of the hotel Was very rude and shouted at Oyo customer care and also at us. 3. Owner of property threatened us and mentioned that he will throw our bags out of not paying for no extra use. 4. Poor electrical fittings as we felt electrical shock while switching on water heater in all three rooms. 5. No electricity after 0730am in one of the rooms and no use of complaining. We had to take bath in cold water that too in Ooty..!! No Parking facilities. Only 3 cars can be parked that too no light after 8Pm. 6. Bath towel provided was very ugly and no replacement after many requests. 7. Blanket and bed are also in poor condition. I guess No cleaning after each guests checks out. 8. No water provided in rooms. 9. Bad smell when enters the rooms. 10. Too far from city..Bad hotel.

I have stayed last Monday at this resort for one day and it was my second visit to this resort well maintained rooms,and food price is reasonable it's very close to Ooty lake and the service was excellent. they have small display of variety of tea and local famous chocolate at the lobby the fragrant of the tea amazing any one visiting this resort must try their variety tea and good management keep up the same...

Very good cottage. Rooms are exceptional. Enjoyed the stay here. Camp fire facilities are also great. Room services are just okay. Must provide extra blankets and pillows.

Worth for money! We can see the the beauty of ooty from the rooms throw glass windows😅♥️
