All 5 stars are indeed paid review. In the name of toiletries all you get is 1 bar of soap that too on request. No water bottles are provided in the room but an empty jug and you are asked to fill it from ground floor water cooler. They have no idea what does hospitality mean.0 knowledge on hotel service. Please cancel your trip if this is the only option available in whole of Ooty.
