Never go there and never give money in advance. They'll force you to cancel and will not return the money.

This place for staying more than 8 people is ok There were 4 rooms available and the fire camp place was good. And the dining room is neat and clean The price was high it's equal to 5 ⭐ hotels we are going there 11 people They asked for 27k for 1 night

HORRIBLE PLACE - DO NOT VISIT IF YOU CARE ABOUT DECENT SERVICE. We are a group of 8 people, including senior folks who had booked this place. There was no caretaker or cook when we stayed the first day, despite being told we will have one when we booked. The owner promised to meet us and update about the cook. Neither hapenned. There was no breakfast despite that being part of the package. When we came back in the evening, there were 5 drunk men leaving the property. We were asked to pay the full amount that day in the evening, despite all of this. When we declined to pay, we were asked to leave the property at 7 pm. The owner refused to engage post this and asked the caretaker to figure out the rest. Zero sense of hospitality and privacy.

One of the best holiday resorts. The place is very clean, amidst best scenic surroundings, extremely comfy and well maintained. The host Mithun is very helpful. Always reachable for any advices and suggestions for places nearby. The caretaker Rajendran is a very sweet person, very humble and accomodative. The place has fun activities like dart, bow and arrow, carrom, etc. It has exotic fruit trees like peach, plum, pear and guava.. plucking and tasting natural fruits in the morning is a refreshing treat. And the best part is the fire place. Bonfire in the cold ooty night with friends around is a memory to cherish.

Very comfortable stay neat and clean rooms. The manager (mr.binon) was very helpful and give good service food was delicious and serve hot of inspite in cold weather and really appreciate.we enjoyed the home stay For tour and all they helped very reasonable we enjoyed the tour we will recommend this property and special thanks to Mr. Binon.

The place is very calm and peaceful. The serene view of ooty from the back side of the stay is beautiful you can watch the famous ooty train from there too.,its good place to hangout with friends and very good care taker(Raju) who helped us on everything and friendly. THANK YOU Will vist again
