FabEscape St. Clouds - Hotel in Ooty Botanical Gardens, Ooty

Room and surroundings are not clean at all. The road leading to the hotel is narrow and dangerous. We went and got stuck. It's not 3 star, smell of urine everywhere, this hotel ruined all the joy of our family trip.

An agent picked up and help us book the room. He shared a pic of room and we were very specific about the room, then booked for 7.6K for two night. But an entirely different dungeon room was provided. When we tried calling the customer the call did not go through, also the agent dint pick too. We just stayed a night and checked out the next day coz the kids like it. The garden and view was good though. Breakfast was bland and just okay. The fab hotels customer care and agent are not very responsive, for a very dirty room they asked to pay 3900 for a day. Regretted booking there

This place is so high. The parking is a big problem. Rooms are good. But cost is so high. The caretakers were good. Hotel was closed. View is good.

The rooms service is pathetic , they do not clean the rooms , the dustbins are not empty, the kitchen is not functional , breakfast is very average , no mineral water in the room. It takes 2 to 3 hours to serve coffee or tea. The view is very good and the rooms are big

Amazing views from hotel. Pet friendly and beautiful gardens. Rooms are also spacious. Only con is hotel does not offer food facilities. Also hotel is excluded on the top of the hill.

It was the worst experience in a hotel. There is narrow road to reach the hotel . We do not like the room. On the first day there is no breakfast available for us.

Room: It was near and clean. I booked during peak time which was on may. Prize range comparing with other hotel was way better. Cons: Room was not cleaned daily. Location: We were enjoying being in this location. Dedicated Places sitting out and have chill and alot of spaces around the hotel made our kids happy. Service: Offered complimentary breakfast. Cons: Served the same food for 2 days. Food was decent and good. Hospitality: Services guy's did their job good. Outside food allowed inside the hotel corridor. Overall 4/5

Very bad experience! We came from punjab and we booked 3 rooms and we were 10 people in total !! Our booked room was given to someone else and that too for 3 people because they dint liked their booked room! It was really annoying and hella bad experience!!!! We had to travel down again the hill to get a new hotel! Fab escape hotel shuld be more hospitable to their guests and shld of their own words!!!! Bad really bad experience !!!!
