Hotel service is very nice. People are courteous and talks respectfully. Cleanliness is good and give prompt service. Breakfast is sumptuous but needs improvement in dinner food taste. But overall very good and nice hotel to stay

The facility is slightly dated but well maintained, good clean rooms. The food is excellent and the staff is fantastic. We didn’t have any issues finding good options for my kid too. Praveen was one of the staff members to assist us and he made sure we were well taken care of. Will certainly return when in town next!

I recently stayed at the hotel, and while there were some positives, a few things could be improved. First, the parking space was quite limited, which made it challenging to find a spot. Additionally, we were provided with an extra mattress on cost, but unfortunately, there was no bed frame to go with it, which wasn’t very comfortable. We booked a balcony view room, but to our surprise, it didn’t come with the expected valley view—it was more of a general outdoor view. On the bright side, the staff were exceptional, especially Captain Praveen, who ensured we were served hot and delicious food at the restaurant. The meals were a highlight of our stay, though the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, but a few aspects of the stay could be improved for a better experience.
