Hotel Lakeview

The property is absolutely stunning and offers a serene ambiance, especially the villas with a lake view and garden area. However, I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff. Despite having booked a villa, we were initially given a room near the parking area, with cabs parked just outside—not what we had paid for or expected. Only after thoroughly checking the property and questioning the staff about the room allocation did they finally move us to the villa we were entitled to. I recommend being very clear with the reception staff during check-in and ensuring you receive the room category you have paid for. Apart from this hiccup, the food at the property was excellent and added to the overall experience. A little more honesty and professionalism at the front desk would make this property truly exceptional.

The cottages are well maintained and staff is very kind. The only downside is lot of walk from cottages to reception especially for senior citizens and steep steps for reaching the cottage. For senior citizens its a bit of concern but otherwise the location and rooms are excellent. Food is strictly ok and nothing to write about. one can skip meals in the hotel.

Our stay at Lake View Hotel was truly delightful. The hotel's prime location offers breathtaking views of Ooty Lake, creating a serene ambiance.|The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the hills. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.||Do visit this location if you are in a large group too take benefit of the bonfire.

Our villa did not have a view, but was clean and tidy. Fireplace is tiny and looks good, but does not really heat up the room. The bedroom got very cold and the bathroom is ventilated with an open Windsor window - am exhaust fan will definitely be a better option. The breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Location is great as its quiet, but still in close enough proximity to tourist attractions like Doddabetta

If you want to spend your time quietly without any disturbance, then this is a place to visit. The kids can also enjoy in the little play zone area, which is available in this hotel. If you are a group of families then you will enjoy more with the games and arraging campfire/bonfire at Hotel premises.The hotel makes such an arrangement for you on request with some additional charges. Food is not included in your bookings. There is an in-house restaurant where you can order food at any time.

The place is wonderful, well maintained and not far very far away from tourist spots. There is a beautiful lawn and a children's play area as well. There is a fireplace in d hall which is lit at an extra cost on request. Overall a good experience. Would recommend this place if u want to spend quality time with ur family

Awesome Stay Hotel is surrounded with wonderful Lush Green ambiance. Great Experience, which I experienced during my stay. Spacious rooms , Dinning options available at affordable price. Peaceful stay with my family without and hassle. Will recommend this Property

They are providing best services to the tourist. Food and snacks items are tasty. Sufficient compound area is available. Staff members also very cooperative. They are offering transportation also. Especially outside views are very beautiful. Dining hall is very specious. Rate also reasonable. Online booking available for the tourist. Best climate like airconditioned. Not necessary even fan etc.
