We had a team meeting at this resort. It's a single villa resort. A family or group of 10-20 people can be comfortable. Having a vehicle facility is good for commuting

Disappointing Visit to GG Resort Hey guys, This was my second visit to GG Resort, and we were excited to return after our positive experience the first time. However, this time around, we were quite disappointed with certain aspects of our stay. We booked two rooms as we were two families, each with a baby. The resort itself was clean and met our expectations, and we particularly enjoyed the private swimming pool, where we spent a significant amount of time. However, the biggest letdown during our stay was the food and service provided by the resort. Both the chef and the manager seemed to be new, which likely contributed to the issues we encountered. Our morning complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing. We were shocked to find a vegetable worm inside the curry that was served with poori. It was evident that the complementary food was not prepared fresh. Unlike other resorts that offer buffet-style dining, GG Resort brings the food in bunches to serve, and any leftover food is taken back separately. This raises concerns about the possibility of the leftover food being served again to other guests. Another unfortunate experience we had was regarding the bill settlement during our check-out. The manager made a mistake with the bill, and instead of providing a proper explanation, they reached out to us multiple times via calls and text messages, which was quite inconvenient and unprofessional. Overall, our second visit to GG Resort was far from pleasant. While the cleanliness and the private swimming pool were positive aspects, the poor quality of the complementary food and service, as well as the issue with the bill settlement, overshadowed our stay. We hope that the resort takes our feedback constructively and works towards improving these areas to provide a better experience for future guests. Hope this is helpful.

Booked the rooms just by looking at the reviews and below is our experience: 1. Rooms: The interiors are super clean and comfortable! Bedroom and bathroom was spacious, fitted with the best modern amenities. There was a small sit out area in front of rooms where we were able to enjoy as group. 2. Food: Food is really good and even though the menu is limited, the Chef will prepare the dish based on preference. The breakfast is complimentary. The most important thing is that the Chef will take feedback each time to see if the food is meeting the expectations which I personally felt really positive. 3. Service: The staff is exceptionally polite and prompt. Vasanth, the manager, was extremely warm and friendly and paid attention to all of our requests. Because the resort is not big and tries to give good experience to guests; the staff was particularly sharp and constantly on their toes, being most helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful and luxurious property. Even though the property is bit difficult to reach, I would definitely suggest to try it because its totally worth it.

A great place to stay especially for the families. Rooms, play area, pool are all well maintained. Best thing I saw was the behavior of the staffs there. Really their hospitality made us feel more comfortable , for our every need they provided a great support. ( Note To The Owner: You must give them bonus every month😅) Thanks to all of them. Actually we stayed with our 2 yrs old kid for the first time outside, we were really afraid before the trip but the way the resort was maintained and supported it really helped us to enjoy along with our kid. To all the families who planning a budget trip to pondy must check this place. Negative Note: The street roads which connects bypass to the resort is not in good condition. While entering, we felt like we booked a wrong place.

Good morning sir we are very much enjoyed in your resorts Rooms, Restaurant atmosphere And Foods are all excellent. Especially Gopi kind speech and service are excellent. Any time gopi telling the answers to all customers is OK SIR, DONE SIR. Also your service people are very good. Your Restaurant asst. Vimal service also excellent. He has given the food taste what he told. Main thing for the resorts staying customers is food. It is awesome taste. Only worrying thing is your Resort working Persons taking dinner in very late time. When I was seeing they have taken dinner by 1 o clock. Also Morning breakfast buffet also is excellent taste. In future I will definitely recommend your resorts to my friends circle👌👌👌👌

GG resorts is a beautiful resort with good service and pleasing hospitality. We got all required amenities like 24 hours electricity with generator back up, water, Wi fi with good speed, fresh food with decent taste when ever ordered. I would like to highlight the neatness and cleanliness maintained inside the resort as it reflects through out. The only draw back is it's location. It is placed inside a gated area which doesn't have properly laid roads. There are no street lights on the way and it is placed at the last and corner most location of the gated area. Quite scary at night.

Very bad Experience from this resort. Me and my friend traveled from Kerala, we ride more than 500 kilometres and we reached their at 11 clock the receptionist told us to wait till 12 clock, it’s ok because the check in time is 12:00 Pm. And we waited until 12 clock, again he asked to wait 30 mins more we waited. The room is ok but they don’t even remove the garbage from the toilet and the toilet was not at all clean. And the swimming pool area is not at all clean and the service also very bad. We paid around 6000 rupees for the rent and they don’t even kept a Tea cup in the room and no dental kit in the bathroom no soap nothing. Waste of money. We never go back to this place.
