Friendly staff, great location, breakfast was decent, best part is 2 minutes walk to the beach, so we got to see sun rise with least efforts. Accessibility is easier by car, as it is little away from Pondicherry centre, and heads up is smaller cars fit easy through the alley, bigger/wider cars might struggle. But they have good parking space. Cleanliness wise, they can improve, I would have rated rooms more if they were cleaner, but there is decent maintenance, good enough for a weekend stay.

We especially loved the balcony view and the comfortable beds that made our stay restful. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous, ensuring we had everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with local recommendations or special requests. Special thanks to the front desk team for making check-in smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant – serving delicious South Indian and continental food, freshly prepared and full of flavor. The breakfast spread was satisfying, and the service was quick and attentive. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or solo, Coastal Grand La Flora offers a perfect blend of comfort, value, and a touch of Pondicherry charm. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Beware of La Flora Hotel – Fake Photos & No Refund! I had a terrible experience with this hotel and feel it's important to warn others. The hotel used fake photos—the pictures shown online were not of their property, but taken from other well-maintained hotels to mislead customers and get good reviews. The actual condition of the hotel was completely different—unclean, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was promised. What’s worse, I was denied a refund despite clear false advertising. They promised to return my money, but never responded after multiple follow-ups. It’s clear they have no intention of honoring their word. This is pure cheating and completely unethical. Such practices seriously harm customer trust and should not be tolerated. I urge others to stay away from this property and verify reviews and pictures independently before booking. Let’s not encourage businesses that thrive on dishonesty and manipulation. I hope action is taken against such frauds, and I strongly recommend platforms take strict measures to verify the authenticity of hotel listings and photos.

La Flora Resort seems to be a good place to stay, especially with its beach access and swimming pool facilities. However, it appears they could improve their service a bit. It's a bit disappointing that towels were not provided upfront, even though they are a basic necessity. On the positive side, the resort does respond to requests, as they provided the towels after you asked for them. The beach access at the backside of the resort is a great perk for guests who love the sea. The pool adds to the relaxation options, making it a nice spot for leisure and enjoyment. Overall, La Flora Resort offers a pleasant experience with its amenities, though they could enhance their service consistency.

The resort is near to beach where rock and serenity beach is walkable distance. Coming to rooms, all the rooms are clean and hygiene. AC fans are working in condition and manager is so friendly and he talks multiple language that help us to convey our concerns. Rooms are looks similar to pictures
