Queens Paradise Estate Resort

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. We had a dog too. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, these were the only good things this place can offer. The swimming pool was very unclean since the motor was broken, the tiles around the pool were also broken and there was sand and stones inside the pool. We need to pay ₹100 per head to get access to the game room..this info about additional charges were not mentioned anywhere. There were so many restrictions relating to swimming pool timings and game room booking. So for 2 nights in a suite room and normal room we paid 16k which was quite high. Accessibility is also a big disadvantage. Need to improve a lot.

it was a great experience to stay in Queen's Paradise. Hosts are very warm and Awesome welcoming. Homemade breakfast.. we really enjoyed the stay here and definitely recommend others as well. Additional incentive is that they have 2 cute friendly dogs

Amazing experience, we were 8 people so the apartment was the best buy for us . Good service , friendly staff , the breakfast was tasty and served clean . The location of the resort is a little far from the main city , as there is no ola facility too the autos tend to ask for a higher price. The pool has timings which hampered our stay as we had planned to explore in the day and use the pool during evenings . The play area has timings too hence advisable to plan trips accordingly. Would love to visit again 😊. Good amenities like wifi , scooties to rent .

The hotel staff are incredible friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done.The room were spacious and clean.We realy enjoyed the delicious breakfast

I would rate this service as 0 stars. It was a disappointing experience. The manager, Varun, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He pressured us to pay an advance and the photos of the property were outdated by 5 years. The actual property did not resemble the pictures at all. We had high hopes when we made the booking, but upon arrival at 8pm, we struggled to locate the place as it was situated in a slum area. After finally finding it, we realized it was not what we expected and requested to cancel. Varun was verbally abusive and initially promised a refund, but then reneged on his word. Another person named Jomi was involved and also failed to return our advance, claiming it had been used for personal reasons. The owner, Thilagavathy, also assured us of a refund, but we have yet to receive it. To make matters worse, we have been receiving threatening calls from Varun and his associates. It is best to avoid booking this stay for your own safety.

I stayed at Queens resort for my vacation, and I loved it! The rooms were really nice, and the staff were super helpful. The place was so peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I definitely recommend it!

Really v had a pleasant experience... Kid enjoyed a lot ... The maintance of the rooms and service they made was really great 👍... Jomi sir who s in the reception also was very cooperative and kind... The ladies who all served us food also really kind and polite... Overall v had a great time ...

It was really a very enjoyable experience at this resort. Rooms are well maintained and the room service were really good, they were polite, accommodating and generous. The highlight feature is the swimming pool which is very neatly maintained and cleaned on regular basis. Breakfast was served fresh and taste was good. Overall a great place for a stay.
