The Saravi Resort

Saravi resorts is good place to stay. Rooms are big and comfortable. Cozy places. Only big disadvantage is the swiming pool. It's only max 2 feet depth and very small. Staffs are very good. They give buffet only on Sunday breakfast and the food was very good and tasty.

I had pleasant stay at Saravi. We had a great time in resort. Resort and rooms were well maintained and ambience was awesome. Food in Saravi is good and Thakur from resturant was very welcoming and understood the needs based on region and age as we had 3 kids in trip. Thank you Saravi!!

Very nice rooms especially the private pool villa. Need to have a car or private vehicle to reach from main road and a plenty of road markings so there is no way that we will be deviated from the route. No common pool for adults, so literally all other rooms don't have access to any swimming pool. Food is nice and affordable. Drawback is the service, especially the guy who claims to be the Manager, he doesn't have any knowledge on customer service, for even suggestions and feedback he is over reacting and one of the worst characters for a staff I have seen. Every one who comes inside and leaves will have a bad experience with him. My suggestion to management has to look for a replacement for him to have a better experience with customers. The restaurant bills are not given at the time of delivery to cross check, this has to be done so that there will not be unnecessary waste of time at checkout.

Ilaiyaraja chef and his team was very polite and food was fabulous. Overall good experience. Morning staff led by Billar Thakur was very cooperative. One of the best breakfast buffett. Great food. Authentic South Indian taste. Recommended

Will definitely visit the place again. The rooms and food they provide for the price is decent but there's nothing else to do in here, if you are family and want to chill for a day book a pool room it'll be worth it. Definitely a value for money resort.

It was a pathetic experience in the resort. Firstly it was super costly for the service which they are providing, no reception support, no bath towels when you enter the room, the shower was not working and hot water, forget about it in the room. It was raining in pondicherry when I was there and the room was full of water I mean literally water was entering the room from all the sides. And we are kind of in the middle of the island in our own room. Food was okay okay not great for the money which they are charging for and the canteen area is way below lower standards for the payment which they took. Room service was also poor as we had to literally remind them about our request multiple times. We booked it from Agonda and the experience was not so good. I wish I could say something good about the resort but unfortunately there is nothing good about it. If you are booking think twice and book only if you are left with no choice. Thank you.

Edit: See the reply below. They are blaming everything on rains. It never rained when we were there for 3 days two night. NEVER RAINED. says a lot about the behaviour. Ohh and did I say they called us thrice when checking out - this bill then that bill and than this bill. Cant even collate all the bill There were ants roaming around in the room. No common adult pool . They couldn't handle so many people for breakfast. Breakfast quality was bad. No extra towel given as the resort was full. They don't clean up swimming pool too, it was dirty

The best take away is the breakfast.. chef Ilayaraja done fabulous job....the food is too yummy to stop ..rooms are good nice ambience with meditating feeling with lot of greenery and calm and quite environment... the staff is very good
