We stayed here during a trip with friends and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. The AC worked perfectly, and the bathrooms were clean and in good condition. However, the water in the bathroom taps was an issue—it felt like seawater, just without the sand. Despite this, the location was fantastic, with the beach just a short 1.5-minute walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

1. Uncleaned beds and pillows. 2. Bed bugs bite you when sleeping 3. No kettle/water bottle inside room. Common aqua guard provided 4. Very salty water inside bathroom 5. Bad smelled rooms. Got traped by the fake reviews.

Almost 6 hours No power in the room. Power backup also not there, no AC and TV. It's located in Tamilnadu state. It's not actually located in pondicherry state.

The rooms are very small.But maintained very well. Quite clean, sheets provided are clean. Very close to the beach! But far from Rock beach. Staff are very helpful and polite.Also power cut, biiiig issue.. No kitchen, so you are dependent on swiggy and Zomato.

Recently three of my friends along with me went to pondicherry for the weekend. We stayed near the serenity beach and rented 2 scooters from the chill resort. Initially they told us it will cost us 400 per scooter per day which we found fairly reasonable but after 24 hours they came to us asking for 800 additional. When we enquired the handler told us that this is how it happens over here. Later we made him call the owner of the rental ( it was some guy called muthu) he said that all over pondicherry 1 day is 12 hrs. People who take scooters from here kindly confirm if the scooter is for 12 hrs or 24 hrs. This is what happens when people who haven't gone to school start businesses. Kindly beware of these kinds of scams.

The only pros of this place is, it's next to the serenity beach. Here re the cons: 1. The rooms are not ventilated and are charged at 2500/night. 2. Basic amenities like towel, soap, water bottle are not provided. 3. No room mat for washroom, so you can slip and fall. 4. No respect for privacy, people listen to loud music even at midnight. 5. The lighting switches are not working too well. 6. The bed linen was dirty and stained. All in all I won't recommend this place for a family or couple.
