Stayed at this resort with my family, and it was a really good experience. The location is peaceful, and the views are amazing. Rooms were neat and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The food was tasty, especially the local dishes, and they made sure we were well taken care of. It’s a great place to unwind and spend quality time with family. Definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Yercaud!

One super awesome place to stay💯 Everyone was super friendly & worth the money and travel! Comfy at its peak!! Neat & clean! Dinner was so delicious… and grandpa Kuppuswamy is such a gem! 💎 and the owner was also so kind…!! I was worried much as we were travelling 4 girls but the owner and other staffs made sure we are safe & secure also enjoyed so much!! Thank you everyone for making our memory even more special!!

I recently stayed at this beautiful resort in Yercaud, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The location is surrounded with greenery and stunning views of the hills. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, offering good comfort and quality. The food was also delightful. I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Yercaud.

Please stay in this place if ur visit yercaud you will love it.... Trust me. We went as a girls of 4 we were expecting safety first and we got it from every one who have worked there they made us feel safe to walk around the resort even at night time felt like home and we have ordered food there itself the chef did his own magic on the food it was delicious. The owner of this place was very much friendly he treated us so well and gave us good support. We had our time in swimming pool they had maintained clean .. fire camp set up by an employee who was a Elderly person he took care of us like his own daughters.. morning food was very tasty . Other than that every one was amazing. Over all nothing to complain about... It was amazing stay connected with nature . It was great experience . Thank you 100 oaks . I would love to visit again with my family.

Rooms were clean. Employees were friendly and helpful. Food was good. The location is awesome. Adequate amenities. Overall a well built/organised resort. We had a very pleasant stay.

Pool is not clean and it is very small.There were no water supply in the rooms for more then 3 Hours. And there were no alternate arrangements of water in the washrooms. The pool was dirty and we didn't visit. Attached pictures for your reference. I believe you should be contacting your front desk person to confirm if concerns were raised or not. Rather, believe even after more than 3 hours when there was no availability of water one of our group members contacted you and then you answered stating that you were not aware of the water not being present in the stay. Along with that, if you own a resort then it is your primary responsibility to keep the pool cleaned and not of the guests to come and raise concerns so that you can then clean and say that it was not raised. believe the pictures were quite evident to prove the point rather than you mentioning of other reviews. Now coming to the food, there was no food available because there was no water and we were asked to wait for another 2 hours for food till water is available.

My rating would be 3.5/5 We had mixed experience over there but still recommended due to good location and amenities. We stayed there from 11-12 oct along with my 7 other friends. I’ll mention both what went well and what went wrong. What went well- Beautiful property, very good location with lush green. Most of the staffs were very helpful and kind enough to make sure we have a good stay. Staffs were kind enough to accept our request to accommodate us in rooms in the same floor. There were dining table just outside the room, projector and speaker which made our trip good. Property was well maintained and price worthy. We got everything we asked for from the staffs. What went wrong- 1.Checkin- While booking it was mentioned that checkin time was 12 noon. But on reaching the property we were told that checkin time is 1 pm and we will be accommodated in our rooms only after 1:30 pm as the previous guest hadn’t checked out yet. 2.Swimming pool- It wasn’t clean on that day it might be due to rain though but we couldn’t utilise it to be honest. 3. Water issue- When we checked in we were informed that there is an issue due to which water won’t be available for next 2-3 hours. We couldn’t even get refreshed. We had reached there after travelling 200 kms and then we couldn’t even use washrooms even after paying amount for it. And no arrangements were made to ensure that guests don’t face difficulty due to this issue. However it was resolved in the evening and post that we had a really great stay. Note: While checking out we had tried negotiating with the receptionist to compensate for the loss of 3 hours of our stay and had informed him that we don’t want to give bad reviews but he made no efforts to settle out.
