A perfect location which is located in the center of all the tourist spots. Room was very clean and spacious for 2 people. The manager and all the staffs were kind and friendly. finally, we love the food in the resort very much. Especially the breakfast was very tasty. The food they prepared was like homemade food. Special credits to the chef guys.

Food was good, Location is good and well connected to main city and many attractions nearby. However rooms are small and had issue with cleanliness, damps and bad odour in the room. Frequent power cut and no 24x7 hot water supply as geyser were not working during power cut. I would rate this resort as average compared to price we paid. The management needs to improve on facilities and cleanliness.

The resort is situated at the main road, the rooms are spacious for 2 people. They have excellent kitchen services. The food was good. The price is nominal, for other services like camp fire you do not have a place to sit and enjoy as the varanda is sloppy. Overall a good place to stay.

Went with family and friends. The rooms are small, damp. Old property. Minimal furniture. Poor power back up. Ventilation issue. A lot can be improved.

I can see a lot of fake reviews by 1 or 2 review folks. Positives Food is good Service is good What can be improved? Small room size Damp and old rooms Poor power back up No sofa, and less than minimum furniture's Room Ventilation issue There is no value for money Yercaud has a very poor mobile network. We need to rely on wifi networks (if available) for any call.

A tasty south indian mess is in this resort. Breakfast which is included freely in this package is super tasty. Idly, Dosai, with a variety of chutnies and a strong cofee is really good.

We stayed during 15-Aug long weekend for 3 nights. Was our kids bday on 15-Aug and the restaurant staff were kind enough to het us candle, and cutlery for Bday cake (was a very appreciated gesture). The best part was the prompt service by house keeping ladies and restaurant food (though costly for the location), but food taste and service was excellent...no regrets. Worst part was the Executive room (102),where we stayed above reception, which were newly furnished a couple of years ago it seems. First the room and bathroom had a very unpleasant odour, next heater wasn't working (when we switch on the heater, the MCB tripped due to faulty wiring). This was fixed by replacing the entire wiring in bathroom when we stayed in room after 1.5 days. This happened after numerous calls to the Reception Manager. Next, the flush wasn't working. The Worst part was the Manager turned a deaf ear to our issues and on above all stated the same was working when house keeping checked before we checked in. I don't understand what could we as customers do to make flush stop working ? Though many guests checked in and out, the Manager did not bother to swap us the room. After a heated debate he changed our room the last day...by then our whole vacation was ruined. The best part was the restaurant house keeping ladies and the restaurant staff (seems a senior person) who was compassionate and acted responsibly. The Reception Manager seemed very cold to customers issues and he seeemed very stressed to handle the customers. When we checked out on Sun, found a couple of guests too complaining while checking out. Overall Conclusion - JUST AVOID ROOM 102.
