RJ Grand Resort

My brother and I recently stayed at a wonderful resort in Kolli Hills, and we had a fantastic experience overall. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and offers a serene atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, and the service was great throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the playroom, which had table tennis and other sports to keep us entertained. The food was decent, though it's not included in the stay and needs to be paid for separately. The only issue we faced was that the kettle in our room didn’t work, and there were occasional power fluctuations. Despite this, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway.

It's a very decent stay for the money you pay. They have a small recreation place for kids to play around. A little swimming pool if you want to take a dip on a hot day. Food served in their restaurant was of decent taste. Staff are very well behaved and helpful on request.. The rooms can be better maintained. Heavy cigarette smell while checking in. On request they sprayed some freshener, but didn't help much. I seriously hate this especially when going with kids. Its better they have smoking and non-smoking rooms isolated. A little more maintenance might give the feel that this is new property, looks little worn out now.

We, 10 members, all friends with family, stayed in this property for three nights in November 2024. Nice, neat and clean rooms and excellent service by the friendly staff. Their food was extremely good and we enjoyed every item. Overall, our stay was so pleasant in this resort and wish to visit again. We recommend this property for a wonderful stay.

When we were on the lookout for a resort that was pet friendly in Kolli Hills, we came across this place. Upon contacting them via phone, they confirmed that it is NOT a pet friendly place, even though in their list of amenities, under Google Maps, it does say that it is a pet friendly place and that they'll charge extra. Requesting the concerned people to make this change so that it won't mislead pet parents who would have booked rooms at this resort only to realize upon arrival that dogs aren't allowed. Peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located, easy to travel around with own vehicle. Food was sumptuous, delightfully yummy. Has good variety of vegetarian options (Menu needs to be informed in advance). We couldn't avail the room of our choice, since we made a last-minute booking. Deluxe double room is definitely a little stuffy for 3 adults.

Rooms are neat, medium size swimming pool, spacious car parking, good restaurant. Excellent and very calm place, surrounding trees. Hotel staff should be polite, avoid argument with customer. It will spoil the trip mood.

Rooms are neat and good enough. Breakfast is above average. Limited variety. Rooftop dining and other activities are good. User friendly service. The swimming pool is very small. No night camp fire, hopefully they are building one in the backyard. Food required should be informed well in advance like in any rural hill village. Adequate car and bike parking. Not a very scenic location but not bad either.

We 15 people from 6 Families had a two days sta.. Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were very neat and clean. Restaurant services are outstanding. Had our Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from here on prior order basis. Food was also good. Staff behaviour is very good. Over all a good place to have a stay.
