Nice place. Nice facilities for families. Fantastic polite and helpful staff. Only concern with the cleanliness of the room. It could be improved. Sheets and pillow covers were dirty for me.

**Poorly Maintained Resort, Not Worth the Stay** We stayed here on Sunday (24th) as the only family checked in. The resort looks big from outside, but hygiene, food, and safety were serious concerns. 🧹 Cleanliness & Hygiene: Our first blanket had blood stains. When we requested a change, the replacement blanket had mold on the inside (hidden at the bottom) while the top was made to look clean. Very unhygienic and disappointing. 🍽️ Food & Amenities: There is no in-house restaurant or food service available. We had to travel about 1.5 km to a nearby restaurant for meals, which is very inconvenient for families. 🛡️ Safety & Security: We were the only family staying that night, and only 2 staff members were present in the entire resort. This made my wife feel unsafe the whole night. 🏨 Property & Maintenance: The property is large but poorly maintained, clearly due to cost cutting. It feels neglected and does not provide the experience expected of a resort in Kolli Hills. 🌄 Positives: - Spacious property with potential if maintained properly. - Basic safety was okay, though lack of staff presence was worrying. ❌ Overall: The size of the resort looks impressive, but poor hygiene, no food options, and safety concerns made our stay uncomfortable. This place badly needs better management and maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at RJ Grand Resort in Kolli Hills from June 3rd to June 5th, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! Accommodation: I stayed in a double deluxe Non AC room, which was comfortable and well-appointed. There is no AC rooms in this resort. The room provided a cozy atmosphere, allowing us to unwind after a day of exploring the breathtaking beauty of Kolli Hills. Amenities: One of the highlights of the resort was the swimming pool. It was a refreshing escape after a warm day, and I appreciated having the option to relax by the water. The kids' play area was also a fantastic addition, keeping the little ones entertained while the adults could enjoy some leisure time. Dining: The restaurant at the resort impressed me with its South Indian cuisine. Especially the Onion Podi Dosa which was really the chef's special. Service: I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff who made our stay memorable. A special mention goes to Raghuram Raja, the owner, who was very welcoming and ensured that our needs were met. Madesh, the front office executive, was incredibly helpful with check-in and provided valuable information about the local attractions. Additionally, Vetri, the restaurant in-charge, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our meals. Overall Experience: My stay at RJ Grand Resort was enjoyable, offering a perfect blend of comfort, good food, and good service. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Kolli Hills with family or friends, I highly recommend this resort. I’m looking forward to returning for another stay in the future. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great place for a family getaway! The resort has fun games for kids, a clean pool, and the staff are super responsive and helpful. Food was excellent and always served on time. The whole property is well maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday!

RJ Grand Resort is a wonderful place to stay in Kolli Hills, especially for families. The ambiance is beautiful, and the resort offers a child-friendly environment. The swimming pool is a favorite among kids, and indoor activities ensures a fun and enjoyable experience for all ages. Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway! It is a nice property and very safe, the rooms are very neat and clean. The service providers were very humble and friendly. Complementary breakfast would have been great, currently it has to bas to be paid separately

We visited on August month, Very Well maintained room. Small player area for kids time pass.. Good for family.. Only drawback in Restaurant not running..for food we need go to Seemedu area.. Hear only restaurants available.

I have been given room in the ground floor for 3 adults + 2 kids and the room was so stinking. Fungus all over the room and we developed nasal congestion and sneezing after staying there. There is no hill view rooms in this resort I guess although I requested explicitly. No restaurant as well. Highly over rated and don't recommend.
