Hotel Kumararraja Palace

The hotel itself is remote and the road is terrible. It has a swimming pool, kids play area and vintage swings. Rooms are neat but I personally felt they were a little pricey for the amenities and its remote location. After 7 pm you cannot go for a walk outside as the connecting road has no lights. Kids enjoyed the play area and the pool though. Overall an above average experience.

Average rooms not worth for the money. Bathroom was not clean. Swimming pool was ok. Food was good. Staffs were friendly with quick response. Road towards the hotel was very bad.

Room is very very small for 3.5 to 4k price tag.Washroom is dirty,hand gun was pathetic. There is no hand gun holder and it was very dirty. There is not even a hand wash in bathroom nor exhaust fan working.oly outside it looks good rooms was like 1k lodge. They have to improve the quality. Rooms are too small for the price they r charging..kindly avoid this in yelgiri to ve a pleasant stay

The place was one of the worst I have ever visited. The service was poor, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the experience very uncomfortable. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise others not to go.

I wanted to share this feedback just for your improvement. Overall I can say it was good. Food was ultimate. The rooms had lights but they didn't work. Ac was not working. The exhaust fan was having sound in the washroom. Swimming pool was good but water level was less when I asked for water. They told water person not available. Overall we had good conference hall but ac wasn't there. This place have stay rooms, swimming pool, children play garden, good hotel which serves both veg and non veg, parking, conference hall, mini cinema screen. Overall I can say it's good but they have to maintain the things in the stay rooms. I went there for a company get together. I heard many of friends saying lights aren't working in there rooms. As this place is in a hill station they need to provide wifi to everyone. As we didn't have a network there. For the safer side. Please do carry water the eatable you require from the city.

though the location is in very interior from main road and the approaching roads are very difficult to drive and narrow the atmosphere of the hotel inside is very excellent . Swimming pool kids play area and restaurant are very close to all rooms. All age groups will like it definitely. Really it is look like a palace.we decided to visit again shortly.

Don't be fooled by the name palace it's very poorly maintained. Check the photos from my personal experience. Many things were sub standard or not working like internet, hygiene, furniture, wall paint, lady manager behaviour, swimming pool etc. Only food was fine.

It was such a great experience with my family trip on May 2024. Good hospitality and respectable staffs. They are arranged Comfortable rooms with good price. My kids are enjoyed in evening music shows and playing area.we are fully enjoyed with HOK
