The rooms are OK but they didn't change the bed spread. The quilt was never washed had a nasty awful odour. They didn't replace it even after multiple requests. With 2 kids in a cold night we didn't sleep well.They didn't bother to reply, didn't pick up the call till we vacate the room. Not value for money and doesn't suit for family. Can get better rooms for same price.

Pros Bed is nice Cons Room is veryyy small Toiletries not provided. Even soap stand is also there in bathroom... No space to keep soap. Only small mirror is there. No cupboard or table. No space to keep our things. Location is interior. No views

Room is very small, no facility to keep luggage or soap stand in bathroom not available... Lot of small issues were there. Caretaker was polite and helpful

We had booked AC rooms and were told that there is a swimming pool available as well. THERE IS NO POOL AVAILABLE ON-SITE. When we asked the caretaker about the pool, were told that if we wanted to use the pool, we had to go to another resort 10 mins away by car. Now that pool is just a four-by-four tank, with enough water and depth for only a toddler to stand in. Rooms were small and badly maintained. The bedsheets and pillow covers were so dirty, and it looked like they had just retained the same bed covers that the previous guests used. The rooms and bathrooms had a weird odor as well. There is free WIFI, but cant be used to even download msgs on Whatsapp. :) There is a lot of miscommunication and deceit. Would suggest avoiding this place.

Liked - The room size was good and the bed was really comfy. Hotel located in a good area. Nearer to restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff members were friendly. Disliked - The room had ants on the floor, so we couldn't keep our belongings on floor. We had to keep our things on the chairs. We noticed a cockroach too. Toilet was not clean when we checked in. The room didn't have a dressing table or any other seperate mirror. I had to use the mirror above the wash basin. They mentioned TV and Wifi in the facilities while we booked, but TV had no subscription to any channel. And wifi was too weak, so we couldn't use that too. Most importantly water heater inside the bathroom was not working. So we had to adjust with normal water, only during morning they provided us a bucket of Hot water to bath.

Zero Cleanliness.They doesnt change bedcover pillow cover.waterheater is not in working condition .Worst behavior from the staffs,many times we informed them to do those things they didn't even respond us.we booked 2 ac rooms and it was full of dust in ac.

Rooms are neat and clean (as the building is new). TV was of no use as there is no subscription made. Water bottles not given - when asked they asked us to fill normal can water. Road is bad for vehicles. In all hotels soap will be given in bathroom but here soap also not provided. No restaurant or Tea shop nearby. While booking they said king size bed will be there. But bed was small and when asked for extra bed, after hesitation, they provided one bed (without bedsheet) and one pillow. It was difficult to sleep in the bed without bedsheet.

Room was clean. TV without subscription, Ac without remote, no towels available in bathroom and geyser not working. No water or water bottle available in the room. The condition of the entrance road was very bad and dangerous to all type of vehicles . No restaurant or tea facility within half a km range. Only one single man was operating the Service seeper to manager.
