Stayed last week – it was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Positives 1. Room was okay, quiet and safe. 2. Free WiFi worked properly. Negatives 1. 1. I was travelling solo and had booked a budget standard room. But the room was in poor condition, so I requested to cancel my stay and asked for a refund. Instead, they shifted me to a deluxe room and still charged me extra, even though it was their fault. Unfortunately, the deluxe room was also not up to the mark. 2. They had promised hot water, TV, and WiFi over a phone call before booking and taking full payment, but when I checked in, only WiFi worked. There was no hot water, TV didn’t work, and frequent current cut-offs. 3. The room was dusty, beds were not clean, with cockroaches and insects inside. 4. Balcony was dusty, and toilets were not properly cleaned, just barely usable. 5. The kettle was dirty, and even basic amenities like drinking water and handwash were not provided, making it very uncomfortable. 6. The photos shown online are completely different from the actual condition, and the staff were rude, careless, and not genuine. 7. I had booked for 2 days but stayed only 1 day due to the bad condition and staff behavior.I requested a refund for the remaining 1 day, but got no proper response. Even after I explained all the issues, the manager spoke casually but still strictly refused the refund. The staffs too didn’t respond properly. 8. I lost ₹2000, with no help, no refund, and no respect – felt completely cheated and insulted. My intention is not to create a bad image of JP Residency – I’m sharing this to help future customers avoid wasting their money like I did. Please check everything is working properly before booking. Only stay here if you’re fully sure it’s comfortable and worth it.

We had a nice stay for two days. Food is very good. Staff behaviour is nice. It's such a quiet place and we enjoyed the fog outside this property when we went for a walk in the night. Overall super good

Best place to stay in yercard with neat and clean rooms, good staff behaviour and also had good food in this hotel as this has their own restaurant.

Worst room service Hotel management also very poor communication with the customers They told to us, they will arrange the camp fire and we gave money also to they but they did not arrange the camp fire, fraud and miss guidance is going on so bee careful, fix every thing and go to the hotel

They have room with cockroaches and a few other insects. They have so called the internet which will not work and slow most of the time. You will not get mobile network signals out there. The price is high for the room and service. The restaurant food taste is average. On the whole myself and my friends will not visit this place again.

Very worst to stay. Charging over 2000 with not a single complimentary like tooth brush, soap, paste. Restrooms are very adequate. Like have to take bath in a confined space. No space in restrooms. Balcony, terrace, very dirt. Over all very worst that I have visited

Nice hospitality Food is excellent ( I tried veg options) Room is sufficient for three members Good service by staffs. Parking on road side but safe Opp to govt hospital . Worth for money.

Avoid this dingy hotel at all costs. Poorly maintained, major hygiene problems. There are also insects and bed bugs, nothing to do with the photos. There are 2 star hotels cheaper than this hotel.
