It is very budget resort. Lacking many facilities... No Battery in remote control When we reached it was heavily raining but there was no umbrella to take guest in ... In video and pics they show 1st floor rooms which have facilities like jhula, TV etc but allot only ground floor rooms. Swimming pool is very small. Bed Mattress too are not in good condition Plus point is staff was good thus deserve 3 Stars 🤩

Don't expect more. It is normal apartment type. No resort type. Balcony door was locked not opening. Only good thing is bathroom is neat and clean. No table or chair provided . Towels are used one and are not neat. Linen is ok. Pool is like a small tank. Food option limited they charge extra for food. Best option to explore in anna Park area. More options available. No physical bill provided as we paid at hotel eventhough we booked online.

My recent stay at this property was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we checked in, the experience was frustrating. Despite my booking confirmation and the details on MakeMyTrip clearly stating a complimentary welcome drink, they asked if I wanted tea or coffee and made it seem complimentary. However, during check-out, they asked me to pay for it! When I questioned this, they simply said, "There is no complimentary drink; we don't know why it's mentioned in MakeMyTrip." It seems clever business-minded people should take lessons from this place on how to deceive customers. The rooms were a disaster. They were filled with houseflies, and the bathroom was infested with mosquitoes and bugs. The bed was passable, but the cleanliness was severely lacking, making it a full-on headache just to be in the room. To make matters worse, the "swimming pool" was nothing more than a large tank, cleverly photographed to appear as a proper pool. This was extremely misleading. Security was a major concern as the room didn’t have proper locks. The TV was in the hall, so despite paying for a deluxe room, I had to go to the hall to watch it, which was highly inconvenient. My friend and his family had booked a separate deluxe room, but the hotel clubbed us together in a two-bedroom hall setup without informing us. There was only one key for the entire hall, so if one of us wanted to leave, the other couldn't lock the room. When we raised these issues with the reception, their response was shockingly dismissive: "If you want to stay, stay; otherwise, leave, and we’ll initiate a refund." After paying ₹4300 for a deluxe room, this was simply unacceptable. The one day I spent here was like living in hell. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice—please don't book here and lose your peace of mind.

Average stay. Management behavior is unsatisfactory. They do offer wifi, which they turn off during night. They have a small swimming pool. They do provide campfire but for limited time, depending on other guests. This homestay is mainly used by friends, for boozing and entertainment. There is often noise and quarreling. They turn off water supply so be careful and enquire in advance. This is suitable if you are a group of friends.

I'm, coming yercaud for first time. We stay in 2night.the room was fresh and clean.Nages&shebin was very friendly staff .. kindly response. Loveable staff. thanks for Coco ❤️ resort 🙂

Rooms are spacious. Lot of cockroaches. Food and service is just okay. Wish we have more varieties of food. Same Breakfast was served both the days. Water filter was not working. No water was served even after request. Swimming pool was not clean. Kids below 8 years of age can’t use it as they are 4+ feet depth. Even though the water is clean they look dirt cos of the old tiles and stained. Campfire at night was good. But they have restrictions on the timings if there are more groups.

We stayed for 2day in this resort. Room was clean and neat. Friendly hospitality. We enjoyed campfire and swimming very well and privacy too. We had a comman halls for two rooms so we enjoyed as group. Good food and reasonable price in yeacardu. Best place for stays.
