Yes it was very convenient|And we loved the Atmosphere very well maintained rooms where spacious and amenities where just amazing. Value for money. Very clean sheets and toilets . Away from all the noise so enjoyed the stay. Service of the staff specially ms Subha smitha |At the reception was heart warming and welcoming. The amenities where good and useful. Food at cilantro was amazing. Diwali celebration by Mr Mithun sandy and sundar and staff with the fire works show was mesmerizing. Will definitely look forward to visit again and recommend my friends and family to come and experience the Wonders of nature at Kolaahalam Mainland resort and spa. Cheers

The rooms are spacious, neat & clean but switch boards and furniture needs attention of the staff & management. |Staff is friendly, helping, restaurant is really good in terms of interior, furniture and food is yummy. The sea food can be added in the buffet menu rest is good. |The camp fire place, activity & DJ is energetic. The view from the room was totally worth for a person who loves nature and greenery. Bathroom Gyser can be upgraded to instant since it takes 15 mnts for a bucket of hot water :(|Car Parking is just perfect like this property is near to the market, main Lake and all the tourist spots. |If I am given a chance or plan in future a trip to Yercaud, I’ll definitely stay at this property again with family.

I had a wonderful stay at Mainland Resorts & Spa by Kolaahalam over the weekend. The resort's peaceful location, clean rooms, and scenic balcony views made for a truly memorable experience. It was a wonderful experience at the resort. Location is very good with scenic beauty and misty weather. Staff was very courteous and service was good too. Two places for improvements are breakfast buffet - was very limited option and Wifi - the wifi connection was too bad and it was getting frequently getting disconnected. Those who are planing to work from there might have issues due to this as the mobile network is not available there at rooms. Cleanliness, service and location was good.

One of the highlights is how much kids love this place — the play area, indoor games section, gun shooting arena, and VR gaming zone kept them entertained for hours. We had an amazing 3-day stay here. The resort is set in a stunning location amidst nature, surrounded by trees, coffee, and pepper plantations. The hospitality was outstanding - Ms. Subhasmita at the front office was very helpful, welcoming, and ensured our stay was comfortable. Mr. Dinesh, the F&B manager, along with Ms. Geetha and the restaurant staff provided excellent service and made every dining experience delightful. The entire team at Kolaahalam was kind, attentive, and made our getaway very special. Truly a memorable experience with wonderful hospitality, great amenities and comfort in a serene setting!

I have stayed in the resort for two nights. The room is good, washroom is spacious and clean. Restaurant has suffient varities in the menu. Few items like biriyani and mutton are subject to availability. Food is good, but I found a worm in one of the breakfast dishes. While I Informed it to the staffs, there is no remorse or apologies. All they said is OK sir. Not sure worm is part of their menu. You won't have mobile range inside this resort. They will provide you free wifi. It will be good only in the front office and the restaurant, the wifi strength in the room really sucks.

Stayed at Mainland Resorts & Spa, Yercaud 🏞️ and booked two rooms for a family trip. The resort has a great atmosphere, perfect for kids, and the play area kept them entertained 🎠. However, check-in was delayed by almost an hour ⏳—though they gave us one room to refresh. The second room had several issues: poor lock, frequent power trips, no welcome kit or glasses, which was disappointing 😕. Breakfast was good 😋, and overall the location and vibe were nice. We had requested two extra beds, but only one was provided at night—still, we were charged for two 🛏️. Proper maintenance and better service would make this place much better!
