Grange Resort , Yercaud.

We recently stayed here and just one word it’s HORRIBLE ! Property is poorly maintained and was disgusted to see insects all over the room & we complained them to clean but no response. Refused to give plates & cutlery , manager was very rude and arguing when we wanted hot water. For the price we paid our experience was highly disappointing! The manager really doesn’t care and sucha hopeless person. Never going again ! Unsafe for women.

The standard cottage size is just okay. An extra bed made the room congested. What stood out was the service. The staff is really good and responsive. They listen and try to address the issue. The food is also great. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. Room service for food is not allowed (only snack items). Since it's a forest resort, maintenance is difficult. Be ready to see some insects here and there even in the rooms (which is fine). Overall the resort is located in a good location. It is quiet and serene.

Neat room and nice supporting staff. The restaurant is spacious and food was very tasty. The breakfast they provided was delicious and service was excellent.

Overall good place. Needs some more maintenance and upkeep. Their food is ok but a tad expensive. Overall value for money. They were performing some construction activities while we were there. Once done it should be better.

The accommodation at this resort was satisfactory but not exceptional. The rooms were average, but the service provided by the staff was good. The hotel is situated in a good location in the middle of coffee plantations, which was convenient for the guests. However, the food offered at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not worth the cost. The resort could improve its services by reconsidering the pricing of their food items. Additionally, the hotel could also consider upgrading their rooms to make them more comfortable and appealing for guests, which will justifies the price. Overall, while the resort has its advantages, such as good service and location, the high cost of food and average/small rooms could be a drawback. It would be advisable to consider these factors before making a booking at this resort.

Everything about this resort is awesome. If you don't give a heck to too many activities but would like to just relax and enjoy nature, please come here. The coffee plantations, locations of cottages, staff, camp fire, food. All these tick all boxes. Instead of spending too much on throwing wasteful parties in big cities, invest in your own relaxation and peace and come here to do so. You won't have any regrets. The mornings would be heavenly in the estate laden environment. Do check for crowded holidays which I would not recommend.
