Rooms are not that good as shown in the pictures. Service is fine but they have very limited option in food, and they will tell Online delivery doesn't work. But there are number of restaurants delivering to the place. We booked for 2 nights but we reduced to one night as the stay was not relaxing and there were bugs in the room. Location wise it's good, on main road only and view is fine but there was some construction going on. And they have their own parking, so it was a nice one.

Rooms are not upto the mark. Found insects🐝 in the room . location is good, choclate factory nearby and skywalk is nearby . Breakfast was complimentary which was good. Staff is nice. They need to improvise on the quality of towels , sheets . Washroom was very wet .

We had a terrible experience staying here!! We were charged 5.5k for a night! The rooms were untidy as hell! We had to ask them to clean it up for like twice. There were cockroaches everywhere, even on the bed! The bathroom was stinky and creepy. There were hairs on the bathroom floor and walls. One of the tube lights in the room weren’t working. We had asked them to fix it, which they did not. There was no proper table in the room to keep stuff. The package had complementary breakfast which was served very late and we had to cancel the plans for the day. The cherry on the top, we found “HAIR” in food. Absolutely terrible and disappointing!

It's a decent stay, frequent power cuts is the major issue there was no power supply during midnight till morning we struggled literally for 2 nights. Food options are limited and there is no resturant. Pricing is too high and there is no maintenance ans amenities are too less. Bathroom stinks alot

We had a deeply disappointing experience with Gardwood Wood Homestays. We had booked a double deluxe wooden cottage with a balcony well in advance through Cleartrip, expecting a peaceful, comfortable stay. But when we arrived with our family — four adults and two toddlers (both just 1 year old) — we were shocked to be told by the property manager that there was no booking under our name. We were left stranded, confused, and anxious, trying to manage two tired babies and luggage while we argued our case. After multiple calls with Cleartrip and much back-and-forth, we found out the listed manager (Amutha) was no longer handling the property — even though her contact details were still up on the booking platform. She asked us to contact the owner (Raja) directly, which is not something a guest should be burdened with on arrival. Instead of offering help or an apology, the owner simply redirected us to his other property, VS3 Estancia, which is not even remotely comparable to the cottage we had booked. No empathy, no accountability — just a cold shrug and a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

One of the worst experience for us....very stingy room and restroom almost they took 4hrs after our check in to mop the floor and the will say that complimentary breakfast will be provide which very worst in taste and no other options will be provided.... bedspreads and bedsheets was not clean and not replaced ...cobwebs allover the room and our room floor is almost broke all over....
