We have had an excellent stay here in Agra. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfy. The staff were all really helpful, especially Shilpi. Thanks for having us to stay and we hope to return one day.

This was our second visit to this property. It is located off the ring road which makes it so easy to reach or exit the city. The rooms are large and well appointed though I noticed some wear and tear this time. The new team managing the property and the restaurant are very friendly and courteous.

For my recent vacation planning, I thought of picking up Agra as transit point. With some quick online search and following throught the reviews, I almost picked a hotel but as a Club Mahindra member this hotel comes in the network and thought I must evaluate this one. I must say my decision to pick up this hotel for my Agra stay, turned out to be a very good decision! The team here is extremely courteous, friendly and professional. I indeed love the semi traditional dressing to the way the team greets everytime I meet someone. Just tried their restaurant as well and must say we loved the spread and taste. Have 2 more days before checkout and so far loving it. Will keep posted as I conclude this leg of the travel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with major attractions and public transport just a short walk away. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries, and the shower had great water pressure. Amenities: The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a fully equipped gym, a beautiful rooftop pool, and a relaxing spa. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Service: What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. We loved the quality of food at club Mahindra's Agra . The food is really good and staff is warm . The stay is comfortable and hospitality is excellent. Worst experience ever!! Had my wedding in this hotel and the kind of service they had provided on the wedding day was miserable. The taste of food was pathetic. Food was not prepared as per count of guest provided. The food that was served to the bride and groom and the family members were way below expectation. They charged hell lot of money per plate and the kind of food that was provided was as if providing food for beggars. And then rather than accepting their mistake they were greedily asking for money day in and day out. They spoiled our wedding day and then 2 days after that as well. They will keep on harassing you for money. Never consider this property for your special days because they will ruin it like hell.
