We were a family of 3 people ,just came back from a vacation of 2n 3D with a tremendous in house service provided by Team Tent city Saryu. From check inn to checkout and arranging local tours remain very simple and hassle free . All tours its attractions are within 3km away.|Breakfast spread had everything vegetarian. |Just a small drawback since it’s covered with teen at the roof top hence the room becomes cold at night, but they have heaters inside to keep it warm throughout the night. ||Would surely recommend everyone to try the best 4* hospitality in future

This hotel was exceptional. Sunita, the receptionist, even made an itinerary for our 2 day stay here. Our rooms were in individual huts, with a queen bed and spacious bathroom. It provided many amenities, as well as a buggy for transportation around the city.|The restaurant was also great- our server Anil Surjeet went over the top to accommodate our party of 8. |Thank you Anil and Sunita!

A very special concept of living in tents. A very good location and close to all major city attractions. Good and timely stay service by|Santosh Sharma & yogesh Tiwari as well as other staff members. The restaurant had really good food with lots of variety at reasonable rates. The overall aesthetic and other amenities (table tennis,carrom etc) made this a wonderful stay!!

Hello, the Hotel management staff was good, until miscommunication and misbehaviour by team staff named Sunita, which was influenced and instructed by the Manger, Pavan working there. Miscommunication over miscommunication was what was being experienced, whether it was for the food charges, or for the use of place. || There was a rat / some other animal that did enter our tent at night and just sneaked out from the other side. they need to take care of that as well. || We were a large group of over 20 people. all of this got sorted towards the end. However, I had recd an invoice, which was billed in a participant's name, who had not paid for it [ i wonder how they show their book of accounts, when payment is actually made by someone else's account]. I had recd an invoice on whatsapp, after request, but due to many chats getting deleted, this was one of them. I requested the hotel mgmt, The Manager, Pavan ji, there at Saryu on his whatsapp number, and even Aditya Pandya ji, the manager of Sales, and who had co-ordinated all of this from the start , atleast 4 times, to share a proper invoice on mail, for accounting and taxation purposes, which till date we haven't recd. We had gone on September 13, 2024. tried getting the invoice...no avail. Kept on delaying, until till Oct end. He mentioned, team is on a holiday because of Diwali, post diwali, he assured, it will be done. On 7th Nov, when i was in Singapore, and with my family on a holiday, Aditya ji still asks me about "My invoice", and "what changes" need to be done? Just issue my invoice. That's all. My CA also reached out to Aditya ji . he mentioned that he is travelling. I dropped him a msg, its quite unprofessional...no response yet. My Ca called again, yet no revert. The experience certainly hasn't gone down well.

Absolutely loved this place. Rooms: Spacious and clean. Had everything you may need. Service: Everyone was wonderful and attentive. Location: The property itself was first class. Yes, the taxis will give you a hard time getting to this place, but it is a common problem in most places near Ram Mandir. Loved the fact that it was very near Saryu river and Ram Katha park plus good restaurants. Food: Excellent. Breakfast and high tea are included. A good spread and tasty too. Pluses: Free drops to popular places including Ram Mandir, etc. Everyday Awadhi entertainment at 8pm gives a perfect end to a long day.

My stay at Tent City Saryu was an absolute delight! The property is beautifully maintained, with comfortable and clean tents nestled in a serene setting. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff ( Santosh Sharma,Yogesh Tiwari). They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

Although the resort is a bit difficult to find but the staff is proactive in sending |staff on the main road to help the guests. The staff is indeed very cooperative and helpful.|The entire front desk of the resort - Satyam, Sunita and Santosh Sharma gave the best hospitality with a smile always on their face. Kudos to the team.
