Hotel Surya Palace

hotel is okay but the location is outer. due to police barricading everywhere, it's difficult to get to the suryu ghat and other places, from this hotel. if you're not in a large group, prefer to take hotel/dharmshala near lata mangeshkar chowk.

Situated on main highway of Lucknow and gorakhpur. Park your vehicle and u can do Sri Ram mandir darshan easily

Misbehave with guest Not providing any facilities and basic things Washroom is so bed Smelly rooms Not given tea and food in room Experience is so bed I suggest do not stop that place

The hotel is quite good infrastructure wise. Room is spacious with storage space though bathroom is small. But the attitude of the reception staff and service is pathetic. The room doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly. Neither the linens seem to be changed. Even drinking water is not provided. No one was willing to help us to take our luggage to our first floor room. Can not say about the food as we had just some tea and snacks which were okay. They seem to be operating more like marriage hall. The night we stayed there was a wedding party in the lawn and it was going on till around 1 pm flooding our room with light and noise till then. Wifi speed was good.

Place is good but you might face some difficulty with parking due to huge rush of vehicles after Evening
