I recently stayed at the Nirmal Hotel & resort and was really impressed by their excellent service from the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure my check-in went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff made sure it was kept tidy every day, which I appreciated. What I liked the most was how attentive everyone was. Whenever I needed something or had a question, they were quick to help and always did so with a smile. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the room service staff were polite and quick to serve. Overall, my experience at the Nirmal Hotel & resort was fantastic, thanks to their excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, and I look forward to returning!

I recently hosted an engagement program at Nirmal Resort, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Price: Very reasonable for the quality offered. Food: Delicious and varied—our guests loved it! Service: Attentive and professional staff who made sure everything went smoothly. Lift is always not working in this place. Just saying it has lift gets them extra preference but it always never works and yes once you are organizing a party here which is once in a life so they know it well once the guest is excused for the day he will not come back for sure in the near future. The intelligent mind and owner seems not interested even to fix the lift as he is already making money without any trouble. Trouble and embarrassment is for guests and hosts only. Non sense staff and management

We hosted a wedding function at this property and encountered several significant issues. There was clear cost-cutting, as tea and coffee were not served as promised. Additionally, they tried to charge extra for services that were originally part of the agreement. Even after receiving 90% of the payment, they refused to turn on the lights, which impacted the event's ambiance. Overall, the experience was far below what we were led to expect. Never make the mistake of booking this property.

We recently booked this property for a wedding function, and the experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of booking, we were assured of a well-trained staff and an in-house chef team that worked exclusively for the venue. However, on the day of the event, they brought in an outside catering service. They also promised 24-hour tea/coffee service, but failed to provide it. Additionally, they unexpectedly demanded extra charges for the DJ floor on the event day, even though we were initially told that the DJ service would be included without any mention of additional fees. Be cautious when booking this property, as they engage in significant cost-cutting and attempt to charge extra for services.

Attended many programs here like marriage party, friend's engagement ,seminar, the ambience of this place is top notch, arrangements for every occasion are always very good.. One of the best thing about this place is broad vehicle parking portion. I will recommend this place for any kind of celebration, any occasions, for its top class hospitality .

The food and management at this resort were excellent, but the payment process was incredibly frustrating. Initially, during the booking, they were very lenient and didn’t mention any strict payment requirements. However, on the day of the event, they refused to turn on the lights until 8 PM, claiming they didn’t have money for the generator and requested an additional payment to buy diesel. According to their policy, 90% of the payment was due, which I had already paid well before the event. This behavior reflects poorly on their business ethics, especially for a reputed property in the city. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will never book this venue again and strongly advise others to do the same.

Our stay at Nirmal Resort was unfortunately marred by several issues. The air conditioning units in our room were not functioning properly, leading to discomfort throughout our stay. Despite promises of hot beverages being available all day, we had to wait for an extended period before they started serving them, and even then, the quality was subpar and the drinks were cold. While we booked an additional decorated hall as a precaution in case of rain, the resort failed to deliver on this promise as well. This was a significant disappointment as we had planned to use it for a special occasion. The service was lackluster, with staff taking an excessive amount of time to respond to our requests. To make matters worse, the sweet room we had booked contained dirty drinking water, and the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, resulting in an unpleasant odor. Overall, our experience at Nirmal Resort was far from satisfactory, and we would not recommend it to others.
