CHARANS CLUB AND RESORT

No doubt location and amenities are good. but behaviour of staff is very poor. even I directly communicated with GM Charans Resort, he also behaved like a street vendor. I went there for a engagement ceremony, just in front of reception a parked my vehicle (Honda City) for few minutes as ladies of my family were inside the car and I had to drop off them there. there was already 2 vehicle already parked, one was Hyundai Creta and another one was Kia Sonet. some staff from Charans, came and asked me to take away car from there immediately, I asked him to wait for 5 mnts, also I asked why these 2 vehicles are parked here why you are not objecting them. then he called his GM, someone well formally dressed came and misbehaved with me, that this is our cars and this is our property, where ever we want we would park our car. take away your car from here immediately. I would not suggest anyone to book this resort.

The entire place smelt like ciggerates at night, also it felt like a big dingy pub more than a hotel. Would suggest looking for better alternatives in that price.

It's on Faizabad highway and very convenient with almost all emanities for parties and stay with a swimming pool.

Worst experience !! Rooms are very dirty. I guess prisons are better than this. Seems they haven’t clean room from ages. No wifi, No recharged setup box, No room service, No working AC !! Similar to old left away haunted house. Check online you will surely find better hotels on half of Charan’s Price.
