Pathetic experience. Opted for ground floor but was given 3rd floor and it was under maintenance. Rooms were so dirty. After complaint got 1st floor but again rooms were not clean. Had to ask them to clean again. Opted for extra bedding but blanket was so smelly n dirty. Requested to change it but again was given very dirty blanket. Again had to ask them to change it. They are 0/5 in terms of cleanliness and services. Dustbins are so bad. Kept some chemical in the bottle in the washroom and it was visible.

Worst hotel in Vrindawan, they are cheaters, have booked 3 room through Agoda and it was confirmed, but during check in they told me they don’t have booking, later I got to know due to peak season they booked the room to get higher price and when I complained they offered different cheap and dirty rooms, when i denied to take those rooms hotel staff started Misbehaving at the end i decided to left the place cause i was there with my family and felt no safety of mine as they are local and very unprofessional. i would not recommend anyone to stay here specially travelling with family. It’s is not hotel actually it is not more than a local Dharmshala

This property is old and is inside Vatsalya gram and is away from Banke Bihari temple. So if you have your personal vehicle then good else we have to go to vatsalya gram gate by walk and then get some autorickshaw towards mandir. Rooms are ok and washrooms are not that good, I had to ask them to change my room as I was not getting hot water also locks of almost all the rooms didn’t work properly. I haven’t visited their restaurant but I took room service and they charged 43 rs for a tea including taxes. During my stay I didn’t had good experience that’s why giving such ratings and review.
