Hotel rooms are clean and staff is polite. Food is very average better try at other places. This is little far away from main vrindavan road. It's little difficult to get e-rickshaw to temples from here.

Location is not as per details given by the hotel/resort. It is far from all major locations. Avoid using the public transport else it will be a task to get commutation from city. Food was good but only drawback is the location and no proper water supply was there. Every Time you have to request to switch on the motor.

Rooms are good. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Hot water is available 24 hours. Tea, food is above average. The location is on the highway, so it's hard to get any direct connection of battery autos directly towards the mandir. The only issue is about small bugs entering below the door and washroom due to lights. Overall, it was a good experience.

Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, just that the washroom floor is always watery, you need to wipe it every time you take a bath or use the shower. Very limited food menu and that too veg only The worst part is that the restaurant chef is unavailable between 1 pm to 6 pm , so even if you need to have tea you have to step out or order online The restaurant's Manager is a crook, he doesn't have a manner to interact or communicate , very rude and non cooperative

Room was Okay. Staff was having no etiquette. We ordered breakfast and got it after 1 hour and that too in complete. While issuing invoice, they unnecessary raised wrong invoice I advise people not to make any stop there Pathetic and poor experience. They also don't provide you basic necessities like toothbrush, paste, comb, slippers. Also, in middle of night, there was lot of noise from nearby room. They did not even try to attend this complaint.

The room was big and spacious. The bathroom was not clean and the water force was very intense high.They don't have toilet roll in the bathroom. Big lawn was there for. Overall good experience. If you have low expectations than go for it. Two major issue are there first bathroom water force high in flush and bathroom was not cleaned
