The breakfast was pathetic; they served stale Alu Naan instead of Aalu Paratha. No basic amenities are available in the rooms, such as an iron, locker, mini refrigerator, and they even charged for the water bottle. The hospitality was poor, with rude behavior from the staff.

I had a terrible experience at Golden Palms Resort, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are not very clean, and lacked basic amenities like brush , electric kettle , towel ,fridge etc. The staff are non existent and unprofessional.Eve after charging like a 4 star hotel, the breakfast wasn’t complimentary. The resort also has a bar and a banquet hall, where we heard loud music and noise all night. The resort is not suitable for anyone, as it offers a stressful and unpleasant stay. We would definitely avoid Golden Palms Resort at all costs.

This was our fourth visit to this place. The food quality, quantity and presentation was really pathetic. They have added tooo much colour in the food which is really harmful for the body.

Great resort to enjoy your staycations. Have a full family fun here with your family and friends. Golden palms resort, meerut has the best ambience to enjoy.

Fabulus resort with great good and services. Great place for grand parties. I highly recommend this place.
