The correct location is B Block - B-6. Not B7. That's some error. Rooms are not well maintained. One Good part is you can order Zomato, Swiggy, Blink it etc. some hotels don't allow outside delivery and food. Here that was the biggest advantage. Also, there a nice tiny little Chinese shop near by - Lumbini Food Point something. U can call them, they will deliver to ur room, if you are lazy to go out. I must mention, the house host and the receptionist are helpful. Initially we were given a crappy room, where everything was broken. But upon request and availability, they changed us to another room which was better. At least things were not broken. We pre booked it via Agoda.com with the breakfast option. But the breakfast service is not good and not on time. I will recommend you to not waste ur additional money by adding a breakfast option.

The room we got was very smelly, even after requesting them to change our room they did not change. Didn’t like the environment people were smoking right in the gallery openly.

Very rude staff on reception the guy charge me extra and was very rude light of the toilet not working no aminity very bad service by the property dont go guys

Pros: Convenient location near Sector 16 and Sector 18 Metro Stations. Good room amenities provided. Parking available. Cons: Non-functioning elevator for upper floor guests. Small room size. Mosquito problem without repellent. No water dispenser, necessitating frequent water bottle purchases. Overall stay was Good.

Staff was good but few amenities issue were there - TV was not there, Lift was not working so difficult to carry big bags through stairs.. water options must be share whether packed or RO.. overall above average experience because of good staff but need to improve from amenities side. Thanks!!!

Amenities are only mentioned on the website but none of them work in real. Wifi not working, service is poor, not clean, Tv Remote not Working, bed is not that comfy. They didn't give us early check in and we waited for 4-5 hrs for the room.
