Hotel location infrastructure and cleaning is good. However room service needs to be improved. No Dental kits, body lotions and creams after shower were not provided. Even no sufficient milk powder were provided.

A very good alternative for a night stay while travelling or a weekend getaway. The location is perfect if you don’t want to enter the city and continue your journey the next day. The architecture is very beautiful, it is inspired by the traditional balinese architecture and has a very good pool and gym. The rooms are very nice with a great view and the room service is helpful and efficient. We opted for breakfast and dinner with our package but the menu was very limited. All in all, it was a great experience.

This resort is located in a magnificent area, surrounded by nature and peacefulness all around. The rooms and service were better than expected, but still could use some polishing. The banquet halls are beautiful as well.

Our experience at the hotel was marred by the unprofessional behaviour of one of the staff members, Ankit Tiwari. While we were outside taking pictures, he rudely informed us in the local language that it was not allowed. His tone and approach were disrespectful, leaving us with a negative impression of the hotel’s hospitality.

It's a very beautiful Hotel with all basic Amenities.||Special thanks to Sunil,Ajay,Shivam and Padam ji for their humbleness and hospitality. ||It was lovely experience with good ambience and food. ||Reenu is also very supportive and polite.

Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. To avoid strings of superlatives, lets say this is one of those hotels that you will really remember. Don't choose it if you like contemporary style and the latest gadgets. Choose it for its uniqueness. Great staff, lovely guest rooms, fabulous dining, a million photo opportunities round the classic interior.

Hotels has beautiful infrastructure. But not upto the mark. Compliment amenities for the guest will only get if we ask for them, this i heard for the first tym. Food options are not much. Enough parking space I can say its my average stay.
