A very pleasant Resort Hotel with 5 Star 5 Rooms and ambience. The fragrance of lobby feels amazing. As per the price it's great but service needs to be improved. Parking is Huge Clean well maintained campus Swimming Pool is beautiful Cottage rooms also looks stunning.

Apart from cutlery that wasn't washed properly, everything else was good. Fresh ingredients and well cooked, I wouldn't say Delicious but the recipe was followed and presented well. Service was below average as there was hardly anyone ever looking towards our table, considering it was peak lunch time and just two tables occupied. They are not short on staff - there were more than four waiters standing in one corner of the hall but chatting amongst themselves. Throughout our lunch, one of the lady waiters was on video call with her friend chatting very loudly which obviously reverberated through the empty hall. The best part was the parking and washrooms - huge parking space in a gated campus, so we could leave our luggage without sweating. Washrooms were extremely clean and hygienic, and very well equipped too. Since we were only passing by and stopped for lunch, my review applies only to the restaurant experience. We did not stay here.

Visiting this property during our way to Jhansi. Staff are more bound by the bogus rules of the hotel. Like if I need food they will not go extramile to get you what you like rather ask you for alternatives that are available. Simply because at 11 am. The kitchen is close and we only have sandwiches. Delivery is late so the experience is not consistent. "Customer service to the best" For a property like this this should be the only priority I think.

Shyaama sarovar resort ... This place is very clean n beautiful, noise free. Over all Hospitality was good, food was awesome. Location of this place is easily reachable. Best place for weekend... With family. Friends. Morning buffet breakfast was awesome yummy😊😊😊❤

Exillent hotel & restaurent and this hotel staff is very good and test of food is good . But price is high. Sweet desert is also good and testy ..| We have visit this hotel 3 times and every time I meet Mr Ajay Nice guys. All restaurent staff members are good . Good experience

A very good alternative for a night stay while travelling or a weekend getaway. The location is perfect if you don’t want to enter the city and continue your journey the next day. The architecture is very beautiful, it is inspired by the traditional balinese architecture and has a very good pool and gym. The rooms are very nice with a great view and the room service is helpful and efficient. We opted for breakfast and dinner with our package but the menu was very limited. All in all, it was a great experience.

This resort is located in a magnificent area, surrounded by nature and peacefulness all around. The rooms and service were better than expected, but still could use some polishing. The banquet halls are beautiful as well.

Hotel location infrastructure and cleaning is good. However room service needs to be improved. No Dental kits, body lotions and creams after shower were not provided. Even no sufficient milk powder were provided.
