Definitely a five-star resort that combines comfort, nature, and top-class service.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – FRAUD, RUDE STAFF, DIRTY PLACE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS This hotel is a total scam. At the time of booking, they talk like they're offering some 5-star experience – clean pool, amazing view, peaceful vibe, perfect for families. But the reality is the complete opposite and nothing but lies. We booked the hotel 10 days in advance, but at check-in they made us wait over an hour like beggars. When we finally got the room, it had only one bed instead of two – even though they clearly promised two. Basic things like towels, soap, drinking water – NOTHING was there. You call this hospitality? The so-called “pool” was absolutely filthy, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We told the manager to clean it as we planned to use it in the evening. He said, “yes sir,” with his fake politeness. But guess what? When we came back in the evening, they had turned the whole place into a private booze party – whiskey, beer, loud music – disgusting scene, completely inappropriate for families. We weren’t even allowed near the pool. One of our friends just stepped near it, and the staff rudely shouted, “Get out!” as if we were trespassers. Zero manners, no decency, and full of attitude. After waiting another two hours, we again went to the manager and reminded him of his promise. And this guy starts arguing with us like we were at fault! He literally said, “If you have a problem, take your money and get out of my hotel,” at midnight, knowing we had no other option. What kind of cheap, disrespectful behavior is this? This is not a hotel – it’s a joke. Unprofessional, greedy, rude, and completely disgusting. They don’t care about guests, they only care about making money through parties and alcohol. DO NOT BOOK this place if you respect your money, time, and family. I wouldn’t recommend this dump even for free.

Filthy, Fraud & Fake Promises – Stay Away! Don’t fall for their fake promises. They say “family-friendly,” but it’s a total lie. The room we got was incomplete – missing half the things they promised, and the whole property was in a horrible condition. The pool was green with dirt, and when we tried to use it later, they said we’re not allowed because they’re hosting a booze party. This place is only good for people looking to get drunk and disturb others. If you’re coming with family or want peace, this place will ruin your trip.

They Only Care About Parties and Alcohol – Not Their Guests This is not a hotel – it’s a party spot for drunk people. We asked them to clean the pool, they agreed, and when we returned in the evening, it was being used for some private alcohol party – full of beer bottles, loud music, and shady people. When we politely asked, the staff started yelling at us and told us to leave if we didn’t like it. At midnight, they told us to go find another place if we had issues. I have never seen such a cheap, money-minded, disrespectful management. AVOID this place like the plague.
