I took a school trip to Gomti Originate place there was just beside Golden Hut Resort I and my school children stayed there at noon and spend a lot of time in resort.children take a lot of entertainment and taking breakfast..the faculty of resort is amiable person and the heigin system is also good but the food serving is little delay

Stayed from 21st may 24 to 23rd may 24 . Excellent resort . Very tasty veg food . Clean rooms . Although outside temp was 43 the air conditioner made room temp to 22 . Very good prompt service . Must stay if you are going for Pilibhit Tiger Safari

Location is just awesome - in mid of lush green farm. It's just 11 kms from the Tiger Reserve Gate. Has good open space for kids to play and one can take a village or farm walk. The room quality is just standard. Food quality and taste was good. Service can definitely be improved and worked upon. Need better hospitality and hygiene..

The resort is amazing. I had a great time with my friends there. There service is also fast and the food is decent. Well mannered staff, especially Dinesh. Very decent and cooperative. The ambience is so nice, so much green around.

I recently stayed at Hotel Golden Huts in Pilibhit, and it was a complete disappointment. Despite being the only occupants in the entire hotel, the service was shockingly poor. The rooms were dirty, toilets were soiled, and amenities like towels and soap were scarce. Even in scorching 40-degree weather, the ACs didn't work during the day due to a flimsy excuse about power supply issues. Despite having a generator, they refused to use it. The rooms were cramped and lacked basic furniture, making it impossible to keep personal belongings anywhere. The restaurant service was equally dismal, with a severe shortage of basic items like milk, juice, and ice. Meals were disorganized and poorly managed, with dishes arriving haphazardly or not at all. They even had the audacity to charge exorbitant prices for basic items like aerated beverages and refused simple requests like providing ice. The location was inconvenient, with narrow, congested lanes leading to the resort and a considerable distance from the safari booking center. Overall, Hotel Golden Huts is a disaster waiting to happen. Avoid it at all costs unless you want your family vacation to be utterly ruined.
