Om Vilas Benares - Luxury Hotel Resort in Varanasi

The experience was very good. The property gives feel a luxurious stay. The main thing I liked was ... environment was very quiet and the whole ambience was filled with greenery. Maintenance was very good from in to out. The whole staff was very polite and humble. We had a great variety of food in dinner and breakfast. The WAZIRI bar was awesome and great choice of fresh beer 🍺 .|Overall the stay was satisfying and heartly I want to thanks Mr. Priyesh ji, front desk Manager. , who always supported us and made our stay comfortable.|Must visit everyone.

We stayed here as a group of 20. Remote place. Looks good. Service was bad. Letting children runaround dining area touching food. Many people in our group had stomach upset. Noisy +++.Staff were unhelpful. Never again 😒

One star! Terrible location and accessibility. Restaurant is pathetic! Service is absolutely useless, TASTELESS FOOD, really overpriced and water is more expensive than food here i guess, Buffet cold and no proper refilling happening. The whole place is now running based on the Infrastructure. The waiter service has crumpled, Especially waiter MANISH, who made us wait for a glass of water for 1hr leave alone the food. The Manager is also HELPLESS. THE HIGH RATING PRESENT HERE ARE ALSO QUESTIONABLE AND SEEMS TO BE LAUNDERED BY SOME SERVICES OR AGENCY. NOT RECOMMENDED AS WELL

Safe, nice and comforting. Vaziri is a must visit. Liked the food, especially the lunch. Thanks Ritika for the easy checkin and checkout experience, and letting me use the board room. Kids enjoyed the park and the greenery. Wish you lots of continued success.

It is my second year hosting my retreat with Om Villas Benares, and I cannot be happier with all they offer. First of all, the service from Ritika and Manjeet are always outstanding! Thank you for taking care of everything with so much love, detail and professionalism. The facilities are beautiful, the cottages are magical, the restaurant staff are great and food options are superb.I cannot wait to be there again in 2025! THANK YOU!!!

Very nice cabins. Nice restaurant with lots of options. Easy access to other things. I didn't use gymn or the play field or swimming pool but that could be nice for many people. The open area in the middle could be very nice for a family wedding or reunion or office conferences. I recommend this place.

Beautiful grounds, comfortable cottages, wonderful food and excellent service. Our stay at OM Vilas was a nice respite from the bustling crowds of downtown Varanasi. We were here as part of a larger group and were all able to either join together or rest separately for a nice break.

Though the setting of the canvas accommodation looks amazing, the location of the 'hotel' was a disaster. It is surrounded by huge wedding venues 3 of which were holding weddings during our 2 night stay. The noise was absolutely appalling.
