Absolutely Disappointing Experience Our recent stay was ruined by the sheer arrogance and greed of the management and front desk staff, particularly Mr. Ram, who was shockingly rude and uncooperative. The hotel management seems entirely money-minded, creating unnecessary chaos out of a minor booking error just to squeeze more money out of customers. Despite paying for a premium room, we were provided with a deluxe room that matched the images shown on their public domain website, which was misleading and dishonest. The complete lack of customer service and basic humanity from the management and front desk is appalling. They are far from being customer-friendly, showing no courtesy or common sense in handling situations. Adding to the frustration, hours of unnecessary discussions and delays occurred between the hotel’s public domain website and their front desk staff over trivial changes, even dragging on until 11 PM. All they seemed to care about was money—nothing else. The only saving grace was the ground and serving staff, who were polite and professional. Unfortunately, their good work is overshadowed by the terrible behavior of the front desk and management. If you’re looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay, avoid this hotel. It’s not worth the hassle or frustration.

Our experience was truly fantastic! The hotel's service was top-notch, with courteous and efficient staff ensuring our every need was met. The management team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The culinary experience was outstanding, with a diverse range of delicious dishes that catered to all our tastes. The food quality was consistently high, and the presentation was impressive. The hotel's ambiance was elegant and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring Varanasi's vibrant streets.

You want to bring a family, this is the hotel to go. Clean toilet, good room service. Breakfast was good. Strategic place if you want to visit the Kashi Visvatath Mandir or Ramakrishna mission. They even helped us book our rides to certain places and the airport. Overall fantastic experience.

Such a good Hotel at heart of the city. Everything is so reachable there and hotel team is amazing and very very cooperative and friendly. Very clean space and ambience is very positive. Would like to add special appreciation for amazing foods they provide.. Highly recommended

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The washrooms were spotless and I appreciated having hot water available 24/7. The breakfast options were impressive. They gave us a lovely memento when we were checking out which was a thoughtful gesture.

From the moment we stepped into Hotel Hardik Palacio, we were blown away. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our room was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream!||The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. Highly recommend!"
