Solitaire Resort Gonda

My family and I traveled from the US all the way to this resort. Staff is so amazing,food is delicious, room is super comfortable and the pool has great vibes. One of the best resorts I have stayed at. Highly recommend! I honestly don’t how people had a bad experience.

Recently i attend my cousin's wedding function and had a horrible experience. My issue regarding this hotel is about manager and staff . Very unprofessional behaviour reflected by manager towards the guest present . 1. The Manager is Unfaithful , had disrespectful behaviour with the guest always ready to charge extra amount for small arrangements . 2.Poor service give by hotel staff , none of them ready to resolve the issue regarding the air conditioning of the rooms. Even for the water bottle had to request 2-3 times. They turned off the electricity because of which lift wasn't working and guest had use the stairs. At the end! My request to the owner please consider issue regarding the behaivour of Manager

One of the best resorts in Gonda. The facilities are very good and the behaviour of the staff is good and in our proper budget. environmentally looks very fantastic. ♥️😍

I had one of the worst experiences at Solitaire Resort Gonda and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The service was shockingly poor, with staff showing little to no professionalism or courtesy. Cleanliness was a major issue – the rooms were dusty, the bathrooms weren't sanitized properly, and there was a constant foul smell in the hallway. Food was another disaster – tasteless, stale, and definitely not worth the price they charge. Room service was extremely slow, and even basic amenities like hot water and clean towels were not provided without repeated requests. The resort's management is completely unresponsive and clearly doesn't care about guest comfort. The only "luxury" here is in the name – everything else is far below standard.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel on the 4th and 5th of June, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The AC was not working, the food quality was very poor, and the staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. The service was slow and careless, making the stay even more frustrating. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently had the opportunity to stay and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. Located in a picturesque setting, the resort offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. 1. *Beautiful Rooms*: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. 2. *Exceptional Service*: The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. 3. *Delicious Food*: The resort's restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was impressive. 4. *Relaxing Amenities*: The outdoor pool, spa, and fitness center were perfect for unwinding and staying active. Areas for Improvement 1. *Wi-Fi Connectivity*: The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger in some areas of the resort. 2. *Activity Options*: While the resort offered some activities, more options would enhance the overall experience. Overall Experience This Resort exceeded my expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

I booked this hotel for my wedding.. but had a horrible experience. Manager promises to alllow entry to the bride side whenever they arrived and after booking he started talking differently and ready to fight. He made us to run to the hotel on wedding day to get the entry. 1. Manager was fraud ,made false promises and always ready to fight with the guest. 2.He denied electricity to the cameraman and DJ. Ab kya ghar se koi light lekar jayega and we requested owner for 1 hour to provide us electricity 3. Rooms ACs were not working...and service was poor. 4.They charged 4000/ hour for AC in the banquet hall but every one was sweating. Because he turned off the AC 5.He turned off the lift when guest arrive . Again we have to talk to him why lift is off. He behaved rudely 6- He promised to provide extra mattress in the room but on the wedding day he denied and started asking for extra charge and we were forced to pay. 7.He turned off the lights of the Lawn and gallery at 12 am while guest were having dinner. We booked this hotel 30 rooms, lawns and banquet hall for 5 lakh. But he made us to regret .. I wasted my money 8. And there are many mores to write.. So avoid this hotel for any kind of function
