Exact view of Prem Mandir from 5th floor 509 room passage. Huge spacious rooms (not child-friendly, corners are sharp) but managed as we are used to handling such places whenever we travel. The chef can customize food as per requirement which is commendable.

Very unfair practices in charging tariff... If you are booking it through agoda ,pay the full amount, otherwise they will exploit you when you arrive at the property. BTW,it's not a resort, an appartment building converted into hotel

Location is little bit alone side,it’s flat type structure got deal from Goibibo rooms are very spacious,it’s 2BHK flat system. Basic facilities of 4star type hotel available. It’s 2.5km away from ISKCON temple. Auto rickshaw service is limited one and they charged higher rate because of alone side and limited transportation services. Rest stay was awesome.

The rooms were a decent size however there were bugs EVERYWHERE. Some had crawled into the bed and bathroom and living area etc. The couch was dirty, however everything else seemed to be managed better. The other main problem was the horrible smell coming from both the bathrooms. It then came into the room and made it almost impossible to sleep. When we talked to the front desk about it they said there was nothing they could do. Overall it was a mid hotel but the service, maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service were below par.

Everything is fine but charging 300 for dormitory for driver. After hot discussion, they waived it off. So, keep in mind if you are staying with driver.

Unprofessional illiterate labour kind of hotel staff.A very good example of a very bad hotel The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust
