This is only for hotel manager- Akshat G I had an excellent experience during my stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to appreciate the hotel manager for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism. The manager was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Their leadership clearly reflects in the smooth functioning of the hotel and the friendly attitude of the staff. Everything was handled efficiently—from check-in to check-out—and the manager made sure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their dedication to maintaining high standards of service truly made the stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay. I visited this property in January and found it to be gorgeous property every way. Location was the best but food and rooms were awesome too. Ample space in the gardens too. Hosts were very friendly. One good thing about the staff is that they try to go out of their duty to serve you. ||||Going to definitely bcositnthis property again.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The location is one of its biggest highlights, it’s just a short walking distance from Bhimtal Lake, which made it very convenient to step out for peaceful walks by the water and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The views from the property were stunning. Waking up to the serene lake and mountain scenery made the whole experience even more special. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. Another standout was the food. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The variety and quality really added to the overall experience. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great food, amazing views, and a perfect location near Bhimtal Lake. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

I had a truly heartwarming experience at Shiva Solace, Bhimtal. This was my second visit to the property, and I’m happy to say that the warmth and hospitality are still exactly the same. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were extremely cooperative throughout our stay. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made our group stay even more relaxing. Everything was well managed, and the team ensured we didn’t face any inconvenience at all. Even the housekeeping staff and every team member were very cooperative. When a group visits, there is always a big responsibility in terms of arrangements and coordination, but they handled everything very smoothly and professionally. Their teamwork really made our stay convenient and stress-free. If I talk about the food, the credit definitely goes to the cook, Aryan Rathore. We visited as a group, and not once did he make us feel that any request was difficult or impossible. He did a fabulous job with the cooking, and every meal was delicious. Aryan and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m sharing this based on how I truly felt during my stay. I highly recommend visiting Shiva Solace to make your trip truly special.

I had a wonderful stay at Shiva Solace by Sam Valley in Bhimtal. The hotel offers one of the best views of the lake and surrounding hills, which made the whole experience very peaceful and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. They made sure everything was comfortable and taken care of. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bhimtal who wants a peaceful stay with beautiful views and great hospitality.
