Narrow approach to the resort. Ambience is good with nice surroundings. Rooms doesn't coincide with 5 star facilities but ample scope exists with improvement. Owner/Director/Co-ord Mgr are cooperative & good listeners for future improvements

Less of a resort more of a banquet hall or dharamshala for marriage.|Below average good.|Very noisy because or over night parties / marriages and 24x7 construction activity. |Hygiene is a problem. Location is not great as well. Looks like a huge society in middle of fields. No mountains or jungle nearby which might give you feeling of being close to nature.||Common washrooms are like sulabh sochalaya.

Rooms were comfortable but the ventilation was poor. The exhaust fr the washroom face the corridor. Food was average. The adventure activities are very time consuming, having more staff will help. Sky cycling did not work. Swimming pool experience was great! Staff is very cordial.

This resort is very nice environment is very romantic food is so tasty and also room service is very good . Staff is very cooperative mainly Vikram singh . So I suggest all other people who are going to ramnagar please visit this property so enjoyable place.

I amm writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your resort on 28/11/24. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it necessary to bring it to your attention. The F&B Manager Mr Brijesh Saini needs a reality check. He blatantly refused When our food finally arrived, it was not cooked as per our specifications, and we had to send it back to the kitchen. The replacement dishes also took an inordinate amount of time to arrive, which significantly disrupted our dining experience. Furthermore, we found the behavior of the staff to be quite unprofessional, with some of them being downright rude and unhelpful. We had to ask for cutlery, water, and condiments multiple times before receiving them, and the staff did not seem to be attentive to our needs. Overall, my experience at your resort was quite unpleasant, and I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I hope that you take this feedback constructively and make the necessary changes to ensure that other diners do not have to go through a similar experience in the future.

We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were not properly maintained, washroom smelly, 1st night was nightmare as my bed was full of small insects even after cleaning 3 times by staff still had to sleep wuth insects with my small child. After complaining in morning they upgrade my room. Food spread and taste was not good in buffet but Mr. Pritam in restaurant helped a lot from his hospitality, he makes sure we got whatever we need for our child. Overall resort was not 5star, poorly maintained, food was like ok, but staff was great, they try to coverup all problems with good solutions Resham from reception and Pritam from restaurant 👍

Very poor hotel. Not upto the expectations. Really poor and ordinary rooms. Washrooms are in very pathetic condition, with bad smell coming out. There was power failure regularly and was forced to sit in the dark for hours. The food provided during breakfast and dinner were also not upto the expectations compared to other five star hotels. Highly not recommendable.
