The place may look nice, but the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Even the owner has a terrible attitude and clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I went with my wife, and we were mistreated without reason. No courtesy, no basic manners – just pure arrogance from the moment we arrived. On top of that, there were no proper seating arrangements. We were left to sit uncomfortably in the heat with no proper cooling – totally unacceptable, especially for the high prices they charge. The entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful service or a pleasant outing.

Perfect cafe in the mountains! This cafe gives you all the mountain vibes with its wooden interior, small waterfall, outdoor sitting and cabana rooms. We were really amazed by it's ambience and cozy vibes. The food was amazing and service was also nice. In all, a must visit cafe.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What made the visit even better was the service. Shivansh, who served me, was incredibly polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.

Let me start by talking about the gatekeeper who completely threw us off the moment we arrived. He told us there was a 500₹ entry fee, but once we got inside the café, we found out there’s no such thing—total nonsense! It was such a letdown to see a place this nice pull off such a cheap trick. I’m not sure if the management put him up to it or if he’s just acting on his own, but either way, it’s a bad look. A piece of advice to the owner: please stop trying to gauge how much your guests can pay. Those who can afford to splurge will do so naturally, and those who can’t will simply leave. If the guard is pulling these stunts on his own, you need to address it immediately. But if he’s been told to do this, then honestly, shame on you for allowing such practices. However, I have to admit the food here is absolutely phenomenal—hats off to the kitchen team for saving the day with their amazing dishes!

Place is just good to take pictures. Food is not worth the money. Staff behaviour is not good. I went with my family and friends and they misbehaved with us. Staff is very rude and owner itself is very rude. They don’t know how to behave and cater their customers. They totally spoiled our mood with their behaviour and service. Taste & quality of food wasn’t even that great what we paid for. They will not allow you to take pictures from your camera. They are charging too high even when they have no ac facilities outside. You have to eat your food in the heat.
