Snowpod Kedarnath Resort

Our stay in this resort was exceptionally worse than expected. The resort looks good from the outside but the room and food service was very poor and suffering. Hot water was not available, had to wait while bathing to get hot water, rooms were dirty, no wardrobe facility, no mirror in the room and food being very expensive. On the contrary, they charged us around ₹9.3k (including ₹1k as service tip which was refunded later on) for 2 rooms for 1 day stay in the resort, given the condition mentioned above. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. The worst experience of my life.

Hi All, i visited this property in May 2024. The Property is fairly built and in a peaceful Aurora. The Road to the property from the main highway is pathetic and full of adventures. We stayed in the Family Suit which was properly clean and tidy but the interiors can be more better where the repairs are required. Staff behavior was okey types as what we requested initially they agreed to swap the meals and then finally billed the same in the main bill which i think lacks professionalism and transparency. Overall experience could have been better if such things can be taken care of by the staff. So anyone visiting the property should make all the things clear well in advance as later on no one takes the ownership.

Don't bother - they are more interested in wasting time than in helping guests. Their "customer service" could not arrange for simple amenities like guides, airport pick ups. Basically told me, we will give you a room you can figure out the rest. I have not visited and will not be visiting either. In reply to your message - it took you a week to say that you dont provide a guide. Please check your whatsapp messages before replying - i messaged and inquired about guides on 13 August, and about pick up and drop charges on 15th - while i understand it was a long weekend - you took 7 days to finally reply to the guide question after multiple reminders and you never bothered to reply to the question on transport. Shows exactly how prompt your replies are.

This property 65km inside from Sonpryag Gorikund STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT, find something else. Highly likely to be a terrible experience and stay. All Staff and Manager drinkers and Smoker Non sense. All fake reviews...Manager Tone Khana h to khaao wrna Jhaa se book Kiya wahan baat kro faltu ki bkwas ni...

We visited this place on a school trip. The best thing about this place is the location. The view of the higher Himalayas from here is enchanting. The food was also delicious and was served to us in the dining room at the right time. The staff are also very polite and helpful. Overall, excellent experience!

Great location. We really loved the character of the resort. The property was fantastic, beautifully clean villas and staff was super friendly and helpful. I have never met such hard working individuals. The vibes in the resort is such that you feel you are surrounded by extended family members. My best stay ever, going to come back here again and will recommend Snowpod everyone who plans to visit Uttarakhand.

This place is an absolute gem! From the amazing service to the breathtaking views, 5 stars all the way. Overall, a fantastic stay. The scenery and amenities were fantastic.A great escape from the hustle and bustle!
