The Tattva - A Boutique Resort

Our stay at The Tattva Boutique Resort was absolutely wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable and even had a built-in heating system, which was a fantastic feature in the chilly weather. The room also included a heater, making our stay warm and cozy. The bathrooms were clean, and the food was delicious, with a variety that suited our tastes perfectly. The staff stood out for their courteous and welcoming nature, always ensuring we felt right at home. I highly recommend The Tattva Boutique Resort for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of this restaurant is fantastic, with a stunning view of Narsingh Temple from almost every corner—a true treat for those seeking a scenic dining experience. The food was delicious, with a variety of well-prepared dishes. However, the service was a bit slow, possibly due to the early evening walk-in as no other guest was present, which left me feeling the staff could have been more attentive. As a coffee lover, I was disappointed that they only offered handmade coffee, which fell short of expectations. Despite this, it’s a great place to visit for the ambiance and food quality.

I just have to share my experience at this hidden gem; discovering it felt like finding a diamond in a coal mine. 💎 When I visited the bar, I was truly blown away by their signature cocktail—it's something you simply must try! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the bartender, Sachin, whose passion and skill really shine through in every drink he crafts. If he's behind the bar, you can be assured you're in for the best cocktails in Uttarakhand. If you're ever in the vicinity of Joshimath, do yourself a favor and stop by. It’s a little slice of magic that deserves to be appreciated. 🌟

Very neat, nice and calm place. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. The washroom size is small but manageable. The choice of food is very good however the service is slow and can be better. The staff is courteous and supportive. Overall a good experience.

The thing we loved the most is it's location. It's just wow!!!! Overlooking the mountains and the Narshigha Temple, it has a big terrace where you can sit for hours and relax. Green and lush surrounding beautifully decorated with plants. Though the premium rooms are not so big yet they were clean and cozy. The restaurant is also nice. Very helpful and co-operative staff. The hotel has its personal parking. Overall a lovely and serene stay. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed in a cottage in this property. It is well maintained with a beautiful view of hills and garden. Food and services of resort is excellent. If you are fed up of your monotonous and hectic office schedule abd want to stay in a calm place near nature then I will definitely suggest this resort. Best for couples and family and specially mr Sanjay Negi he was very good

It’s a small hotel but it’s neat. Because in a small place like joshimath, getting a clean hotel was big deal, we ignored other shortcomings. My bathroom had a constant sewer smell. The staff did check n sprayed room fragrance but that didn’t help much. I also felt that for sucha small room, they had kept too much furniture n too bulky furniture. There’s barely space to walk around. I didn’t like the food. Inorder to make it fancy, the taste was a bit compromised. We didn’t use the bar, but I was amazed to see they had a full-fledged one in a spiritual place like joshimath. And the bar stools oversee some locals houses. So I couldn’t stop myself from thinking what a nuisance the music would be for those who have their homes nearby. (Pics attached) Stayed 30may2024 to 31may2024.

The only advantage of this hotel is the locality, nothing much. Poor maintenance, the restaurant was full of mosquitoes and not value for money. We asked to pack sandwich for 5 members as part of our paid breakfast as we started early for darshan, but they packed only for 2 members. We complained about it to when we returned and asked to pack for 5 members the next morning. But they packed only for three members. Room service was horrible. Even after repeated requests water was not given. It took 24 hours to set right the TV. Poor management and will not recommend this hotel to any one else.
