The property is very beautiful. Amazing view.. Very nice and classy rooms, had an amazing stay, extremely cooperative staff, hospitality is top notch. I had left some stuff of mine by mistake. When I contacted the authority they sent it to me by courier all the way to Delhi.. Very kind people honestly.

This place is really beautiful. Their rooms and services are top notch. I liked the view from their balcony, it is pretty amazing. Highly recommended to everyone to visit with your loved ones and enjoy to the fullest.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Frostwood Resort in Ranikhet, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The rooms are the epitome of luxury, with elegant decor, comfortable furnishings, and all the modern amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.

It was a very bad experience in this resort,will never recommend anyone to stay here .Poor service and food was pathetic.Whenever demanded for cleaning room they denied .Food they provided was on table but during booking it was mentioned will be buffet in breakfast. The whole night there was issue with their light no power backup.We had to sleep without fan whole night after travelling so much.Such a pathetic experience it was and Owner of this resort was not cooperative.She charged us more in room tariff.

Very bad experience..travelled recently on 31st june to 2nd june with family booked 3 rooms . They dont give any facility. No lights backup..no ceiling fan , fan foes not work on inverter. Water supply also stopped in morning. Pathetic experience...no light was there whole night and they have no backup at all. Not at all good for kids. Very poor location too many stairs..not recommended for kids and elderly people. They serve limited food only with no buffet at all. Food was ok only. Staff was ok but the hotel owner is very rude. She promised us 50 percent discount but did not refund us the same. Highly not recommended as lots of dust in room no cleanliness at all. They dont even clean the room or changed the bed sheet after day 1. For everything you ask for like food or to clean staff will directly say NO. Pathetic hotel. BIG NO for this hotel..pls pls pls dont go here at all. Prefer any other hotel in ranikhet but not this.

I stayed at this hotel and it was so incredible, I nearly tried to check in permanently. The bed was so plush I suspect it was stuffed with marshmallows and dreams….
