I had a wonderful stay at Samsara River Resort in Rishikesh. The location is absolutely stunning, right by the river with peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food was delicious and had a good variety. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape into nature and tranquility👍

We had very disappointing experience with this hotel even though it's our second trip in same hotel. Same experience may have been faced with others clients too as the name and owner has been changed now. Earlier it was SHUKHAM RAASA with good hospitality values but now its converted in to DUKHAM not samsara. Worst experience even paying highest rates of this area. They told us final rate and when we asked to pay by card they said GST will be extra. Same thing faced in food billing when u ask proper bill they asked us to pay GST extra. Same thing no where mentioned in your food menu when you order it. Very high charges of water bottle which is basic necessity. You will get services after multiple calls or you need to go at reception to get your order after multiple calls from room Very poor service in short No maintenance of property, no clean pool, you can see spider nets everywhere in your room lobby or restaurant area. Arrogant front desk staff when you complain about their services. Just want to warn everyone if you are going to visit this property please clear all the terms and conditions before you check in like GST amount and all. Also just do not stop here there are much good properties ahead please do visit these properties before you book. You will have clear comparison of rates and behavior of staff and clear T&C.

All reviews which are given below is totally fraud.. one of the poor facility resort I have ever seen. Over priced , poor house keeping facility don't know how to speak with customer, rude behaviour by the staff. Poor service. Please don't visit the place, one of the unprofessional staff and unprofessional service they are providing.. 0 rating for overall experience. Reply - your reviews are actually fake I have made the two videos of your staff with I had discussion and he is telling me do whatever you want to do. So please work on your self first than ask Google to block me.. we were there on 10-11th, room no 5002-5001...

My stay at Samsara Resort in Rishikesh was very disappointing. The food lacked flavor, and the variety was extremely limited, which made dining here a letdown. The service was exceptionally slow – we had to wait for what felt like forever just for a simple butter toast and tea. The overall experience was frustrating, especially given the high tariff. The rooms, facilities, and service did not justify the high price. It felt like a total waste of money, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quality stay.

Amazing Place, beautiful surroundings with almost all the required nature feel. You have nice space for outdoor activities with good lighting, music, snacks, sitting area with firewood specially in chilly winters. Food with Snacks is at the best with good people at service.
