Thank you for the wonderful experience Mr Ankit. He's really amazing and helpful for new comers in Nainital. Helping staff are very supportive, caring and polite. Our rooms and the property of this Resort is just can not expressed in words until you visit and see yourself. It's beautiful and peaceful and that's exactly what I needed. Location at the very peaceful sight from all that mall road noise. Highly recommend to those who are looking for view, relaxing and peaceful time and good food quality as well with very sweet helping staff and everyone. And, our driver Mr Govind is good driver and informative. Thank you for his service too. Thanks to all and I will hopefully if situation comes will visit only pick this place for stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at Himalayan Retreat Neelkanth in Nainital! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room had large windows that offered breathtaking views of the mountains and sunrise. Waking up to the crisp, fresh air and enjoying my morning tea on the balcony was pure bliss. The location is perfect with quiet & peaceful surroundings and a best place for trekking in the mountain mist. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of local pahadi delicacies. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay extra special. Overall, it was a serene and memorable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Nainital. Can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in 2 Villa rooms and 1 family room with whole. The owner and the staff are good. Sunrise view is the USP of the hotel. Villa rooms have a water supply problem and the wash room has a distinct smell of drainage. The family room has a small bathroom. Overall stay was comfortable.

Little far from the main city but wonderful location.. you will definitely love the stay here.. Pure nature all around.. Service of the hotel is average and rooms are spacious but not well maintained.. The lawn and balcony are good and make your stay good...

Our stay on 6th to 8 November at the property was excellent. The staff was very cooperative and humble, with Mr. Sanju standing out for his exceptional service. The location is nestled in the lap of nature, surrounded by lush green hills and a serene environment. The owner, Mr. Ankitji, was very welcoming and attentive. The food was also quite good. While the property is a bit away from the main city of Nainital, it is perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the tranquility of nature. Additionally, the owner arranges transportation for drop-off and pick-up, which is very convient

My heart is fulll!! 💛🫶 I am visiting India after a year!! Living in New York is a great experience but at the end it’s a concrete jungle. I wanted a real mountain experience with great views and amazing food. I can definitely say Himalayan Retreat Neelkanth has everything. If someone is looking for a quiet, peaceful and rejuvenating experience, this place is must visit place. They have great service of pick and drop off to the main city and bus stop too. Staff is very cooperative and kind. Mr. Sanjay was very welcoming and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. The owner Mr Ankit, he is a humble person. He always asked us if we needed anything and how is our stay. Loved his property!! There was also bornfire!! Overall amazing experience!! Great views, polite and humble staff with delicious food!! I also captured the most beautiful sunrise from the terrace!!

We booked villa and it was really great experience staff was welcoming Also view from villa was mesmerising! Only problem was approaching road for hotel is little bit rough and small But overall villa stay was fun it has 2 master bedrooms common hall kitchen and big two terrace Good place to stay with family or friends

Very bad experience wound not recommended at all 1. Hotel was very far away from main area and on very secluded place and the path to reach hotel was very risky and not properly contructed ( pick and drop chargable facility was needed everytime you want to travel back and forth from main nainital area) 2. Bad infrasturcture - dirty walls, water was leaking out of the bathroom walls. 3. Water shower and toilet jetspray was not working properly. 4. No full length mirror in the room. 4. No balcony in the room 5. There were 3-4 spiders in the room 6. Rooms were not hygenic 7. Bonfire was chargeable ( should be complimentary) Only Pro - staff is cooperative
