I had a very pleasant two-day stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was the stunning sunrise—the views from the room were truly mesmerising and set a wonderful tone for the day. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Although the menu was limited due to a LPG shortage, the available options were of excellent quality and more than satisfactory, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hospitality was exceptional. Ankit (the owner) was warm, approachable, and receptive to feedback. He also kindly invited us to an evening bonfire, which turned out to be a memorable experience. Gaurav (the property manager) and the staff were courteous, attentive, and ensured a comfortable stay throughout. The property is an ideal retreat for those looking to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We even spotted many birds and monkeys relaxing on nearby trees. Located slightly inside within the Army area, the property benefits from a safe and quite environment. However, guests may need to plan their daily travel and transportation in advance. The hotel does offer pickup and drop-off services to Mall Road upon request, which, although chargeable, is quite convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil stay complemented by scenic views and good food. Wishing the team continued success!

It's basically a home stay away from the hustle of the city. Approximately 4.5 kms from the main town. Food is good if you love home cooked foods unlike the hotels/restaurants. Staffs are excellent and very well behaved. Location is excellent if you love serenity. Rooms are okay and spacious but the bathrooms are messy.

Recently stayed at a beautiful Himalayan retreat hotel in Nainital, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the most peaceful and memorable experiences I’ve had in a long time. Just a few kilometers away from the main city, this place offers complete शांत वातावरण with breathtaking mountain views 🌄 The rooms, the vibe, and especially the calmness of the surroundings make it perfect if you want to escape the city chaos. The food was also amazing – whatever we ordered was prepared perfectly and tasted great. The highlight of our stay was my wife’s birthday celebration 🎂 I requested the team for a small decoration, but they went above and beyond! This is not a paid review. I am sharing my experience to help other travelers. We booked a Deluxe Room and paid an advance amount before arrival. However, when we reached the property, we felt that the photos displayed on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. The building appeared old and lacked proper hygiene and maintenance. The hotel is located at a steep elevation, and reaching it can be difficult without local assistance or suitable transportation. This information was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process. Due to these concerns, we decided not to check in. We requested a refund of our advance payment, but it was not returned. We were also charged an additional amount for transportation back, which added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm the property's condition, accessibility, refund policy, and any additional charges before making an advance payment.
